I have had 2 orders cancelled from HSN in the past month. No one can tell me why.
I called one morning to place and order and the male agent could not get my credit card number / exp # correct and the system refused my card 3 times. I called again and had the same experience. I called AMEX to find out if there was a problem with my card and was told that my CARD WAS FINE. They showed a record of HSN's attempt to run my card and informed me that each time the card was entered wrong.
So I called HSN again and the female agent entered the correct number and the order went through. 2 days later my order was cancelled. When I called I was told that my card had been refused twice and that is why I can no longer order with your FLEXPAY.
Last year I ordered $2K worth of products with no problem AND they were all FLEXPAY and they were all completed.
I did have my credit card compromised last year and had to have my card replaced. I use my card online at least 4-5 times a month and never have a problem (QVC , AMAZON, ZULILY etc.) I am really pissed and I will not attempt to order from you again, nor will I watch your channel again.
I know you could care less about losing a customer but one thing is for certain............I don't have to spend my money with you.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $178.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
