Sent to collections for a bench that was returned

MIn 2020 I ordered 2 benchs (2 separate orders). I returned one that was damaged and they sent a replacement. Now, 2 years later Ive been sent to a collection agency because they state they havent received it. Ive not received any bills or notices regarding this issue, but I sure got a collection letter. And I sure remember sending back that heavy *** bench but how the *** after 2 years am I supposed to prove I returned it??? And why wasnt I contacted 2 years ago regarding this??? I call ***

Dear Hsn, I am writing to complain about your pricing of your Today Special Value items. In Feb. I purchased your today special value, which I thought would be the lowest I could get it for because usually that is the case with Today Special Value ( excluding clearance items ) I bought two of those items thinking that this was the last time I would be able to buy this item and that low price. Unfortunately , I was wrong . I looked at your current special value today 6/13/22 and the same item I purchased in Feb is now much lower. If I would have known that you would continue to lower the price and I would have been able to purchase the same item at a much lower price I would have not bought two of them and I would have waiting for the New special value offer. I contacted your customer service Department and talked to the Rep that answered the phone today ( 6/13/22). I asked to be reimbursed with either store credit or a refund of the difference in what I paid and what the price is now. She states she couldn't not do this. I than did a live chat and I only got $10.00 spendable cash ( not close to the money I should have been reimbursed for) .I was very disappointed since I believe I and the other customers who purchased at the higher price deserve a refund or store credit based on the fact that you advertise that your Special value is the lowest price and your host continue to state that this configuration will not be available at a lower price this year. I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.

Order Number: 180654**** Order Number: 180654**** I ordered TWO Arcade1Up Games. I was sent by Arcade1UP TWO incorrect games, just not the ones I ordered. I set an online return and got both incorrect items back in the mail. I was only refunded for one and not the second! Your online chat people are super rude, they claimed they called me - they did not. Then they refused to process my second game return refund because they said it was from Amazon. HELLO? Is it beyond the realm of possibility that this is their mistake? They could concede they made one mistake but not the other? It is simply mindboggling? So your warehouse, or Arcade1Up's warehouse is capable of making ONE mistake but not TWO? I said on the online chat, I would contact my credit card company and I am pretty sure they would issue a chargeback, because it just does not make sense, to admit to ONE mistake and not TWO? I haven't contacted my credit card company yet, I suppose was just hoping HSN would do the right thing and refund me in full. If anything they should refund me in full and send me a $500 gift card for causing such distress. No one cared if they had lost a customer because of their rudeness and absolute incompetence. No one. It's simply shocking to me. I think I have $10 in Kash. Sure what use is that to anyone? I am hoping you will deal with this and process my refund asap. They even sent me back an incorrect item, which you are more than welcome to have back and nowhere on the box does it say Amazon!?! Very bizarre behaviour. I am also contacting Robert Muller's Office. I am beyond disappointed in HSN.

I called and told hsn that I never recieved an item they said they would replace it 4 days later they claim ups or the usps delivered it and I would be charged for a replacement if I still wanted it I asked for a signature or photo they have neither so over a 30 dollar item they will lose thousands of dollars from a 20 year customer DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY

Sent to collections for a bench that I returned

I just received notice from a collection agency for a bench that I purchased and returned to HSN. I spoke with, and resolved this with HSN about this (2years ago) and have never received any notice or bills since. Now theyve sent me to a collection agency stating again that they never received the bench. I call *** Why wait for 2 years with no billing and no contact regarding this issue? After 2 years I have no way to prove that I sent it back and trust me I remember sending that big *** bench back! Very upset by this! Very disappointed with HSN

Order number 181263**** Ordered product in early April but tried to cancel it but could not. They sent it out. Refused the item when received, marked it 'Return to Sender, Refund.' Box even had order number on it. Still have not received a refund.

On March 14, 2022, I ordered a daily special from HSN at a special price. The order was confirmed and an email was sent confirming it. Then on Friday, March 18, 2022, at 7:21 pm, I received an email informing me my order was cancelled with no explanation given. Approximately 5 minutes later another Email was received marked fraud verification. Giving instructions to follow to keep order from being cancel. On Saturday, March 19, I called the security division of HSN to question what was going on. I called approximately 10 times. Was told to wait for the next representative three times and then hung up on. I was told to leave a voicemail and then told the voicemail box was full. I was told to leave an SMS message and then got a lot of gibberish. Finally on the 10th call someone answered, Man named Ron. He had first told me that there was no account with my number. I gave him the order number and he said oh yes that one had been canceled. Explain the circumstances and that I received two emails after they closed at 4:30 on Friday evening. I said unfortunately once an order has been canceled it cannot be renewed and I could re-order at the regular full price. You can guess what I told him. This is a very despicable way to treat customers.

I ordered a TV which worked for 10 minutes..called for a return label 3 different times which they never sent so I called ups to return the tv.I received an invoice from up for the return..sent a fax

HSN never covered the return and I have a late fee.so it cost me 100.00 to return a TV that never worked..well initially 16.and change at the door.this company is trash.I won't spend another cent with them I bought a mattress for 999.00..which I'm paying off and that's it..spent a lot there through the years..but no more.Ill pay the ups..and suck it up on my pension while that company rakes in the dough.

Customer service female doesn't talk plainly enough to understand her. Several times I had ask her to repeat and she became rude and started trying to talk down to me indicating she was irritated. She isn't a good representative of your company.

Preferred solution: Shoes were sent in wrong size. The shoes are touted to be so comfortable, but caused me severe back pains and leg pains.

Samsung T²racfone is not working properly.

It takes me over an hour to get my emails and sometimes nit at all. I keep getting "junk files" Phone not cleaned in 5 days, when i clean it 5 times a day When I finally get emails, they are again interrupted with these other notes.
