Because what was shown in TV was not what I got! It was all stuff with beans disgusting!

I believe that you advertise great food you make it look good on TV. But when you get it home the pizza us like cardboard and the boxed food is like dog food!

Why cant you make frozen dinners that have flavor and actually you know what youre eating. .

Just make a plan like Hello Fresh where everything is real and not dehydrated! But the Seniors would live to have a plan that they can afford and its real food that is more organic!

Did not receive garment

I called customer service because I did not receive my order due to I was out of town and they forwarded to another address which it never got to me so they did say they were going to send me a replacement representative. The representative I talk to you was very considerate and understood my problem so I am getting a Nother one sent to me.

If you have any questions just got a customer service. They are very polite and courteous and I understand thank you.

I am on forever auto-debit.

So, I messed up and a few payments were missed while I was wait for the returns to be credited. But, come on!

Months later and I am still being auto-debited from my account. Whats worse? No one can tell me when it will ever end?? Come on.

Im home on no $.

Some of this is from last year. How long will these -$4 and -$8 lasts??

User's recommendation: Pay for it. Never believe they are going to send you discount coupons. I’ve been shopping with them for 34 years. I’ve never qualified for a credit card and I have never received a discount coupon.

No, I never received anything from sellers. Since initial posting, I have tried this product on several other stains with the same results.

Product does not make stain disappear (as demonstrated), and was not effective at removing stain. I had to use other products to get rid of stain.

InstaClean 32 oz. All-Purpose Stain-Removing Cleaner w/128 oz.

Refill, was ordered from HSN and the demonstration shows spraying it across several stains and the sprayed area immediately removes the stain. I tried this on several things to no avail. This morning I sprayed a peach juice dripping on my white T shirt and green pants. I immediately sprayed the stain remover on both and waited.

The stain remained. Sprayed again (as they recommend) and stain remained. Wet a wash cloth and wiped over the stain, it still remained. Finally, put bar soap on the wet wash cloth and wiped the stain off.

This spray does not do what the advertisement shows and is a rip off. I put a review on HSN site, but will not return it, as it will cost as much to return it as the purchase price.

Sent to collections for a bench that was returned

MIn 2020 I ordered 2 benchs (2 separate orders). I returned one that was damaged and they sent a replacement.

Now, 2 years later Ive been sent to a collection agency because they state they havent received it. Ive not received any bills or notices regarding this issue, but I sure got a collection letter.

And I sure remember sending back that heavy *** bench but how the *** after 2 years am I supposed to prove I returned it??? And why wasnt I contacted 2 years ago regarding this???

Dear Hsn,

I am writing to complain about your pricing of your Today Special Value items. In Feb.

I purchased your today special value, which I thought would be the lowest I could get it for because usually that is the case with Today Special Value ( excluding clearance items ) I bought two of those items thinking that this was the last time I would be able to buy this item and that low price.

Unfortunately , I was wrong . I looked at your current special value today 6/13/22 and the same item I purchased in Feb is now much lower. If I would have known that you would continue to lower the price and I would have been able to purchase the same item at a much lower price I would have not bought two of them and I would have waiting for the New special value offer.

I contacted your customer service Department and talked to the Rep that answered the phone today ( 6/13/22). I asked to be reimbursed with either store credit or a refund of the difference in what I paid and what the price is now.

She states she couldn't not do this. I than did a live chat and I only got $10.00 spendable cash ( not close to the money I should have been reimbursed for) .I was very disappointed since I believe I and the other customers who purchased at the higher price deserve a refund or store credit based on the fact that you advertise that your Special value is the lowest price and your host continue to state that this configuration will not be available at a lower price this year.

I hope this can be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.
