Return

HSN says you can return items purchased as gifts until the end of Jan. They neglect to tell you that you have to pay return shipping. I recently purchased a keyboard set as a gift but found out that the recipient was getting a full size upright as a gift. When I tried to return it, I just got an address and barcode (not prepaid). When I took it to the PO I was told shipping was 86.00. The piano set was only 129. HSN gets a big discount on shipping due to volume. I will not purchase from HSN again.

User's recommendation: Be careful what you buy, particularly large items.

Waiting for an auto ship order for over a month and they are now selling that exact item as a single ship. When I called to ask about it, I was told that this is a single ship. I spoke to a manager and was told this was a warehouse issue. I stated the auto ship means I am spending more money with you and you are not taking care of this or making it right All this means is you are out to make more money Shame on HSN

Very sketchy company

I received a pair of moccasins today that I had ordered on Jan 30. As soon as I pulled the shoe out of the box, I could see that it was too small. I wear a size 8 in everything and that is the size I ordered. At first I thought, ok, I'll have to size up to an 8 1/2. Glad I looked inside the shoe because I saw that I had been sent a size 7 1/2. Looked at the outside of the box-size 7 1/2. When I called HSN CS to get this corrected because I shouldn't have to pay $7.95 to return them, I was told that I had ordered a 7 1/2. I am just not buying this-I then created an online account so that I could look up my order to see exactly what it said. However, it says no orders found. Kind of funny since I just received another order of shoes from them last week. Even my confirmation email does not state the size I ordered. I am done with this company, I don't feel they deal honestly with their customers.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! LOST MY MONEY

Ordered a dash cam from HSN thinking it was a great price. While waiting for it a friend told me it wasn't a great price so I decided not to keep it. I opened the outside box that held the return label without even opening the dash cam box inside and sealed it up and took it to my UPS store to return. That was ONLY 4 days after receiving it! I never received a credit so called HSN the rep said it WAS received and sent back to the factory, will receive credit in 7-10 days. Didn't so called again...was told the exact same thing by the 2nd rep. He said if I didn't receive the credit by August 9th to call. Called on the 10th and was told by 3rd rep NO was never received anything, what is the tracking #? I didn't have one so she wouldn't help me! Called AGAIN and the 4th rep said they did NOT receive it and gave me the tracking number! The local UPS store won't help, UPS won't help and HSN who I've spent hundreds of dollars with this summer won't help! Don't even use them ever! They do not stand by their customers! They used to many years ago...not now! Have had many issues this summer with this company besides this one. Won't use them again.

Home Shopping Network - What A Light Lights Review

Kind of pissed, Have 2 of these and feel lucky after reading previous reviews! One stays inside house and used for letting dog out every night regularly for at least 2+ years. Other one used in home garage/shop, used hard & often for automotive/fabrication use even close to mig welding in low light tight spaces, been drooped on hard surfaces from at least 4' high a few times.. lens tabs broke & lense came loose but went back together & it felt like something loose inside but it kept working. Unfortunately this one has finally given up and only lights for a few minutes or less and cuts off. It's likely just the battery and not worth reparing as it would be a custom job for new one. All in all I was skeptical at first but impressed in the end, the one for letting dog out is still working although charge doesn't last as long. ...pissed only cause i miss that light after tough/long reliability.

Stand mixer just stopped working-gently used

Have mix approx. 5 years. Only used when having many guests. I wet to mash potatoes in it and it would not go on. Tried other outlets, nothing. Tried to have repaired but nobody repairs small appliances anymore. They say most are disposable products now. Paid a nice amount for the mixer. Maybe should have gotten a Kitchen Aide as both my daughters did at the same time. Theirs still work. Bought this on HSN as all my other WP products. Just find me a repair shop or tell me where I can send it to the mfg. Says made in China, I can't afford the postage there.

HSN is so bad. They sent me a letter saying if I return anything else, I won't be able to order from them anymore. I can't help that their clothing sizes are so. Needless to say, I won't be ordering anything at all.from them.

HSN IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY

HSN sent me a letter stating exactly what I purchased, price, etc. but no explanation as to why my Lifetime Support disappeared and why my laptop battery has such a short lifespan, its only 2 yrs and already it went from 3.5 hrs off power to less than 2 hrs.

This laptop has to be a refurbished product which I was not told about, its slow as *** and its supposed to be the fastest and best thing out there when I purchased it...

I hate it... Ready to dump it and start with something else.....Have to contact the FCC or Attorney General, something fishy going on with HSN, they lie a lot it seems and then don't back up their product....

No it is not resolved, no further word from HSN. No time at the moment to further address this but beginning of the year I will be back at it again giving you an update...

I did get a full refund on the printer which decided to start eating my paper suddenly. where is my tech support though, still nothing....

I purchased an HP laptop from them last April 2014 with the promise of LIFETIME SUPPORT, that has been canceled and I cannot seem to get thru to anyone who takes an interest in this. I received a letter just stating what I purchased, when but no response as to where my Lifetime Support disappeared too. I ended up having to pay HP another $200 for an extra year of support since this computer is having problems so my 699 laptop is now 899.. No one knows anything. The 3 yr contract I purchased does not know about HSN and sales or vice versa, what a mess they are. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HSN ONLINE EVER AGAIN, they lie, they cannot be trusted to follow up with their promises esp after the 1st year... There is no lifetime support on software after 1 year contrary to what they advertise and I purchased... I want to sue them but not sure where to start so I'm starting here.... I need suggestions on how to go about doing this... The battery is not as advertised either, I purchased because they said it was a 6 hour battery, barely does 3 hrs defeating what I needed it for... the touchpad only works on the left side too... I have called multiple times trying to reach someone since May when they changed their support number... H E L P

I bought an Acer from them 6 years ago. Turned out that it lacked features they said it had.

Called them and they actually gave me a nice discount to keep it. When I received the software I discovered it was NOT the bundle they advertised but basically garbage. Once again I called. At first they were doing nothing.

When I suggested they better come up with answers because the next person who calls them will be from FCC to question why all the false claims they once again knocked more money off computer. I should have sent it all back. It never worked right, the battery was horrible and a replacement battery wouldn't charge beyond 40%.

The part that irked me was they still showed video online that falsely presented this laptop AFTER I told them it wasn't right.

Presenter clearly had no idea what he was talking about!

I will never order electronics from HSN again.

Stick with QVC....nothing but great experiences with them!

thanks, never went on QVC. I'm pretty much turned off all electronics onliine, I will go buy them in person...

I did get the printer refunded totally, it started eating my paper. As for the laptop the battery is about 3 hrs, advertised as 6 hrs which it is not even close.

They say they can't even find me in the system, its only been a year and a half and now I have no lifetime support, still working on this one... Maybe I'll try your approach...or just go to the FCC directly....
