The agent was very patient & resolved my issue quickly. I'm a good customer with HSN. They want to keep our business!
Terrible customer service
Called to order a set of earrings. Hsn representative asked me if I wanted to order the matching necklace.
I said yes because I had enough money on my card. She then said I also had an extra 10:00 cashback. So this was applied. She told me the card did not go through even with enough money.
She act like she didnt know what she was doing. She canceled my orders. And then kept doing them over and over. I called other Hsn representatives about what was going on.
They had no clue and just told me to have a good day. No help at all! Ive been shopping with them for 20+ years, and that is way they treat a loyal customer.
I recommend shopping elsewhere because Hsn treats you like your garbage. Horrible business.

June 29, 2024 Beekman wipes show with Helen eight pack wipes 240 Cal sale price 4495. She said that comes to five cents each. I figured it out it comes to $.18 each false advertisement June 30, 2024 B
June 30, 2024 show with Beekman boys and Valerie they repeated Helen said five cents each. Then Valerie repeated after hearing you figure this out 240 count and eight packages of 30 comes out to be $.18 each.
I am tired of the lies does anyone know how to do math at Hsn? Not even the doctor

Return problem
No answer. 7 attempts made to get a shipping lable sent.
Last person gave me a tracking number and address to go to. UPS refuses to take the package!
Nasty customer service person
I called to get the 1 800 order number for ca tv cuts off the phone number I had to tell her more than several times and I still did not get the pacific coast order number she I didnt have to yell but she never answered my question I kept trying to tell her that I tried to change my info card number and address I do believe she got it all wrong

This is embarrassing I am doing this review for my father who is having some problems with early signs of dementia he bought a green pan and it was defective so he wanted to return it the problem was that it called HSN customer service but he bought it from QVC your customer service was so kind to him this isnt the first time this has happened I dont know who he spoke with he doesnt remember all I can say is thank you for your kindness

Frequent orders in past…denied for unknown reason today
Order in when clicked to pay, I was denied ability to complete my order. The explanation did nothing to help me understand what was incorrect with my order except my order was unable to be done to process my orders.

No receipt in box.
Tried emailing and got instructions to get from desktop, which I dont have.
In 2024 no mobile way to return something?
I have to do so and it is $325 worth and I tried calling and the phone wont connect

Ive been an HSN customer for quite some time. Im a single mother, saving to buy a home.
It has taken me a few years but I have worked hard and paid off all debts, including all debts to HSN. I havent used any of my credit cards, including HSN because I want to keep spending at a minimum. I finally got an accepted offer for a new home and now all of the financial information is being checked. HSN has now cancelled my card because I havent used it in a year.
I was never granted the courtesy of a professional notification via email or mail to warn me of the cancellation. This cancellation has negatively affected my credit score. I called and spoke to a rep and asked to be reinstated. She said there was nothing she could do.
Her attitude made it obvious that she really didnt care at all!
I asked if someone could call me back and she said no one would be getting back to me.
HSN and Comenity, you talk the talk about caring for your customers but dont give a thought to informing them about important things like this. Shame on you HSN and Comenity!

Im not complaining about anything! I have just been trying to call customer service to explain why I havent been able to pay my flex payment this last month.
I have had problem with my paycheck. It was late getting to me because of the post office losing my time card. I have been trying to call customer service but keep getting disconnected.I wanted to talk to someone about the amount I owe in flex payments and make arrangements to pay what I owe. Sorry about this issue.

I am trying to return something that I bought for Christmas and I have until the end of January to do it. I dont seem to be able to get anybody thats able to help me except tell me to do something and I did it but I still dont know how much its it cost me, so I need help.

It’s Christmas and no one told me that the item I ordered was a problem so I never received it
I ordered a product from HSN. No one told me that there was a problem with my billing and that the product was not gonna be sent to me.
That was nothing wrong with my credit card. They couldve let me know instead of waiting on the product to give this gift to someone for Christmas, and now its too late

Unable to login in account never fixed. Shipment was undeliverable.
HSN refused to cancel order. So sad to bad for me.
Was told to accept it when and where it showed up still pay for it and go from there. Very poor Customer service and now I remember why account closed.

I placed an order and it couldn’t go through because they told me they weren’t sure of my address which I didn’t understand that someone was using my address. My girlfriend uses my address for deliveries.
Her bill was late and she was on easy pay because they lowered her dollar amount of borrowing power they never called her. They never emailed her until I called. They told me they are going to hold my order and will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. No one called me back I was pissed off and finally got.
some information that it was my girlfriend she rectified it this morning. I called back to release my order and it was now out of stock after three days when they told me they were holding it and also there was only one of the items in and they wanted to sell it to me at full price when it was on sale.
I am not gonna go toHSN anymore. They have ignorant people working for them that do not know their procedures and I told this manager this, and she couldn’t even call me back if there was a problem I will not be doing business with them anymore
