customer service rude
I ordered 2 items today (May 28) by phone. After talking to a representative, I gave her a code for those items.
It was 20 percent off if I used my HSN card, which I did. She said I couldn't use it. Why?
It was advertised as the item was being shown on TV. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

Horrible experience today with HSN representative when I tried to ask a few questions before I ordered a [PERSON_NAME]. I could not understand her heavily accented speech and the rapid rate she spoke.
I literally begged over and over to be connected with someone I could understand before I agreed to a $400 purchase. The HSN representative totally ignored me and continued to coerce me to affirm my order.
I should have used automated ordering and searched for answers to my questions online. Mostly, I was disappointed that HSN had dropped to the level I experienced today.

Someone needs to warn others considering using these Scammers Don't do it!!!!! They take your $ and you never get what you ordered
I ordered 2 cameras on March 13, 2026, from your TV and on the phone. They took all my credit card information, and it would be split into payments.
I never got any order number. As of today, April 16, 2026, I have not received the cameras, but you have taken payments for them. Please advise me when I can expect delivery of my 2 cameras. I will never order anything again.

I didn't get to speak to anyone. The music stopped, and I couldn't hear anything on the other end of the line.
The last I heard was that I had less than 10 minutes to speak to someone. I am not even going to rate you 1 star.
I wasn't mad until this. After I waited on the phone to speak to someone, you left me out in limbo—no sound, no nothing.

Resolved: Have not received the product
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I finally got the shipping labels, correct and then they shipped it to me. Everything ok.
Dont know ,should have got the product by now. Already ordered it. Want to know if it went to the Right place.

Terrible customer service
- -Called to order earrings; rep offered a necklace and cashback.
- -Card had funds but payment failed; orders were canceled and reps gave no help.
Called to order a set of earrings. Hsn representative asked me if I wanted to order the matching necklace.
I said yes because I had enough money on my card. She then said I also had an extra 10:00 cashback. So this was applied. She told me the card did not go through even with enough money.
She act like she didnt know what she was doing. She canceled my orders. And then kept doing them over and over. I called other Hsn representatives about what was going on.
They had no clue and just told me to have a good day. No help at all! Ive been shopping with them for 20+ years, and that is way they treat a loyal customer.
I recommend shopping elsewhere because Hsn treats you like your garbage. Horrible business.

- I repeated my info but the Pacific Coast order number wasn't provided.
I called to get the 1 800 order number for ca tv cuts off the phone number I had to tell her more than several times and I still did not get the pacific coast order number she I didnt have to yell but she never answered my question I kept trying to tell her that I tried to change my info card number and address I do believe she got it all wrong

I placed an order and it couldn’t go through because they told me they weren’t sure of my address which I didn’t understand that someone was using my address. My girlfriend uses my address for deliveries.
Her bill was late and she was on easy pay because they lowered her dollar amount of borrowing power they never called her. They never emailed her until I called. They told me they are going to hold my order and will get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. No one called me back I was pissed off and finally got.
some information that it was my girlfriend she rectified it this morning. I called back to release my order and it was now out of stock after three days when they told me they were holding it and also there was only one of the items in and they wanted to sell it to me at full price when it was on sale.
I am not gonna go toHSN anymore. They have ignorant people working for them that do not know their procedures and I told this manager this, and she couldn’t even call me back if there was a problem I will not be doing business with them anymore
