Sent used product, refused replacement, force additional order to correct their mistake, unnecessarily withheld additional order, terrible customer service, argue policies otherwise concealed from customers, blatantly lied to by supervisor

I feel it only fair that both my father and I be compensated for the hassles experience, as well as for my father having to tie up funds on two orders to correct HSN's mistake. Therefore I feel they should pay for his order totaling $44.64 in full.

Did not get refund

Order number 181263**** Ordered product in early April but tried to cancel it but could not. They sent it out. Refused the item when received, marked it 'Return to Sender, Refund.' Box even had order number on it. Still have not received a refund.

I will turn my TV box that is hooked up to the network with a cam and everything will sell out the host understand what I'm talking about if the hints towards my name dilly or silly my name is Billy Douglas Tarr Jr I'm Tupac Shakur and Madonna Louise ciccon son and hints my name and turn count on for items sold I do for 30 minutes I have hsn account I not sure if it's under this number probably tell host pls

A FULL REFUND , product that I purchased , and a written apology from HSN Corporate Office !!!!!

I ordered a TV which worked for 10 minutes..called for a return label 3 different times which they never sent so I called ups to return the tv.I received an invoice from up for the return..sent a fax

HSN never covered the return and I have a late fee.so it cost me 100.00 to return a TV that never worked..well initially 16.and change at the door.this company is trash.I won't spend another cent with them I bought a mattress for 999.00..which I'm paying off and that's it..spent a lot there through the years..but no more.Ill pay the ups..and suck it up on my pension while that company rakes in the dough.

Samsung T²racfone is not working properly.

It takes me over an hour to get my emails and sometimes nit at all. I keep getting "junk files" Phone not cleaned in 5 days, when i clean it 5 times a day When I finally get emails, they are again interrupted with these other notes. I have coverage for the phonein case of problems. I paid with my HSN CARD 6045 81** **72 4383. CAROLYN NICOLAI

Warranty Issue

Lazy boy recliner broke. Purchased less than two years ago, a piece of metal broke off and leg lift will not rise. Warranty says parts are lifetime warranted. I want it fixed asap, as I am supposed to keep my legs and feet elevated. Please advise soon as this is very important to me! Where do I go for repairs? Thank you for replying promptly. HSN has shipping issues and wants to blame the customer for there issues I suggest that once this happen u are treated very poorly and I will never buy with this company again

Customers are not the blame for your shipping issues. They want people to shut say nothing and u pay for something that u purchased but did not receive until u have done your own homework to find out what.has happened and that's when the punishment comes in to play. They start to treat u very poorly.

Rude customer service personnel

Customer service female doesn't talk plainly enough to understand her. Several times I had ask her to repeat and she became rude and started trying to talk down to me indicating she was irritated. She isn't a good representative of your company.
