HSN compared the Nook Color to the Apple Ipad, but it is nothing like the Ipad so I called HSN to find out how to send it back. I called HSN and they told me to pull off the label that was included in my shipment, place it on the box and put it in the mailbox or take it to UPS.

I called back a 2nd time and was told the exact same thing. Two weeks later I call HSN and they tell me that I did it wrong; that I was supposed to put postage on the package. So now I have to wait (if and when the package ever comes back to me) and then put postage on it and mail it back to the manufacturer, then when the manufacturer gets it back, they will in turn notify HSN to refund my money. What a joke!

I asked what if I never get the package in the mail for the return postage due . . . HSN's suggestion is to contact the postmaster and ask them if they are holding the package for me so I can pay the postage.

Are you kidding me??? I live in Vegas, do you really think the postmaster is going to hold my package at the post office until I figure out there's no postage on the package? What a joke!! I asked HSN this question - if the package never comes back to me, and I can't get it from the post office, does HSN keep my $300?

The answer is yes. So because HSN gave me incorrect instructions twice, if the package gets lost in the post office neverland, then I'm out $300 and have no product.

:( oh how i can relate first im sorry 4 jazzy cant imagine having 2 lie n coverup the truth and from where i sit theres alot 2 cover up just 2 keep a job.after 3 bad expieriences in a row in 3 months i find myself glued to the electronics segments watching 4 mistakes misinformation .instead of customer service its more like ignorance the same scripted answer "HSN has a 30 day $$ back guarantee"but u have 2 pay the shipping and get to a ups facility n insure it or get stuck like abbubasgirl when it disappeared. My first purchase was the SAMSUNG GALAXY PREVAIL CELL PHONE W/APPS & BOOST MOBILE I never had a fancy phone & no computer so its all new 2 me after not being able to access the phone company or boost mobile because my order ## was NOT VALID only got recordings to enter ## finally figured out how to navigate HSNs phone 2 talk 2 HUMAN /4 WEEKS later started Boosts plan learning bout internet stuff only 2 find out doesnt do what they claimedNOT CAPABLE OF DOWNLOADING FLASH PLAYER THIS IS A PROBLEM ALOT OF WEB SITES I VISIT NASCAR ARE VIDEO N FORGET MOVIES/ YouTUBE is a joke 30/45 second piece takes 10 minutes if it plays at all the touch screen is unpredictable sometimes not responding at all to movin when not touched n now the speaker phone part not working BOOSTstarts hounding u 10 days b4 due and guess what u start loosing services no bars server times out slooooooow.!!i bought service plan they will give me back what i paid 4 phone ok what bout S&H and the 2 yr. Service contract ANYWAY I BOUGHT THE LEPAN tablet and THE MY GO TV that went back //im typing on tablets finicky key board it goes back tommorow has frozen 30 or more times wow SORRY that felt good they wouldnt let me comment at hsn THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR LISTENING :eek :sigh

I am an employee of HSN and I am very sorry for the problem they have caused you in this matter. As for the person "duh" who responded to your comment you should have read her statement more carefully she said she was misinformed Twice by the reps and did only what was told of her you ***!

Anyway, I do not like the way they treat people customers and employees alike. They tell lies I was hired to do one job and when they tried to get me to take another I refused due to the pay and the type of job it is and was told all these amazing stories of how they are for the employees and their customers. Bull ** **! I've been out on leave and they have treated me like an outcast after I bust my but to get the job done as well as motivate my peers to work harder as a team.

No matter what job I have I always work hard at it safety first, customer satitisfaction, and team work. I am in search of new employment due to the revlations of my findings. I don't care to work for someone who don't stand behind their products if they don't how can they expect me to?

I don't tell lies and I do not wish them told to me. If I wanted to be mistreated I'd get an abusive boyfried it would probably hurt less.

Seriously? There is a place called the internet to read reviews of products before you buy them.

There is also a place called Barnes and noble to test out your mentioned product. I bet you buy every vacuum cleaner that comes to your house via a vacuum salesman.

I could go on... but its not worth it and my phone's battery is about to die.
