I purchased a smart phone charger from Home Shopping Network first of all they did not get my correct email and therefore I never received any information regarding my order when I did not receive an email with merchandise order information I called their customer service number the young lady that I spoke to was rude and nasty and could have cared less about my order once my order had arrived I try to use the rapid charger and after 2 hours of trying to recharge it it fail to recharge I called the company direct and they were no help so I packaged the rapid charger up in its original packaging and shipping container I sent it United States Postal Service on January 16th according to the information I would be charged $7.95 to send the default e merchandise back however I just got off the phone with a very nice spoken woman and told me that the the shipping fee had been waived and therefore I should receive my full refund by the 25th of this month I hope that is true but be extremely careful if you do choose to buy from this company on their rules one of the rules that I was not told of is that you only have up until midnight the day of ordering to cancel the order
