QVC’s return policy is the absolute worst. You pay for using the label which is usually a minimum of $6.95 plus regular shipping and sometimes on free shipping items there is no easy return label. Also they don’t pay or give credit for mistakes made in their jacked up app.

Home Shopping Network - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! LOST MY MONEY

Ordered a dash cam from HSN thinking it was a great price. While waiting for it a friend told me it wasn't a great price so I decided not to keep it. I opened the outside box that held the return label without even opening the dash cam box inside and sealed it up and took it to my UPS store to return. That was ONLY 4 days after receiving it! I never received a credit so called HSN the rep said it WAS received and sent back to the factory, will receive credit in 7-10 days. Didn't so called again...was told the exact same thing by the 2nd rep. He said if I didn't receive the credit by August 9th to call. Called on the 10th and was told by 3rd rep NO was never received anything, what is the tracking #? I didn't have one so she wouldn't help me! Called AGAIN and the 4th rep said they did NOT receive it and gave me the tracking number! The local UPS store won't help, UPS won't help and HSN who I've spent hundreds of dollars with this summer won't help! Don't even use them ever! They do not stand by their customers! They used to many years ago...not now! Have had many issues this summer with this company besides this one. Won't use them again.

Home Shopping Network - No more HSN

I just bought my first item on HSN a couple of weeks ago. Today I just received my bill on Flex Pay. I called to ask questions about the Flex Pay and asked if I could make the whole payment at once. She said no. She was very impatient with my questions and NASTY!!! I said QVC doesn't do this. They allow me to change my payment. She said very haughtily (Get ready for it!) Well, we're not QVC. I ended the call by saying: And that's why I will never buy anything from HSN again. Then I started reading online complaints on Consumer Affairs website. I'm glad I've seen the light.

Home Shopping NetWork - Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy

If you order anything,make sure up front that you really want it because their return processing sucks as well as their customer service. They are not customer service oriented. You would think that a company as large as this would put the customer first and trust their words but they do not. I will never ever do business with them again. I decided to return an item that I purchased well within the 30 day limit but didn't get an immediate refund. I call customer service and they issued me a refund but the representative never informed me that they were still waiting on my return now 2 months I an getting a nasty gram asking for the item or they are going to rebill me again.. Really..... I try to call customer service back stating that when they issued my refund for the item I thought that all was good and I no longer needed to keep the paperwork and reciepts associated with the item. I was informed that returns are processed by a 3rd party vendor and they have no way to do any back tracking and that I must do all of the leg myself. Needless to say, I am upset by their response. Again, beware and think twice before you do any business with them. QVC will be getting all of my business now.

Hsn I been a customer for quite. While mow order 2pair of Wendy Williams legging just took them to GA last week on vacation never spend almost a !100 for legging the ones with the zigzag tie on the side blue _black pair first time I wash them they tore up on each side above the start of the zigzag I'm not a big person so disappointed a waste of my hard earn money WOW

The same thing happened to me.

When any of the hosts gush, "Just get it home and try it for 30 days and return it if you don't like it" every single show, I take them at their word.

The hosts should not be allowed to encourage consumers to "try" their products if a certain number of returns will end up in the customer getting banned. I bought a lot of things over the years and I would love to sue them for being unethical with their selling practices and "return policy."

Hello Just wanted to take a whirl with being a first time buyer at hsn and purchased a flip cam, so i googeled "hsn.com discount first time customer" and the top result was "HSN Coupons and HSN Coupon Codes at HSN.com". i just wanted to take advantage of the 15% off, for a first time customer! they argue with you and tell you that it has expired last year! (15% off for new customer – first purchase single Item within same order with a max savings of $75. Use Coupon #C56838 at checkout. see details.) then they give you a hard time, its there web site that states"Offer valid 7/1/2011 through 9/30/2011" They can go to H ee double hockey sticks!!! They lost me before I became a CUSTOMER, geesh I wonder why?

Hey Paul, glad to see that you are representing HSN so well. Keep calling the clients *** Great way to maintain job security.

Especially since people can't find the same, similar or better products for the same or better prices at stores like Best Buy, or Wal Mart. That was me being sarcastic if you didn't catch that. Fact is, you rely on *** to collect a paycheck. If people are too lazy to leave the house and shop a better deal (which almost always exists) they are not the sharpest people.

But that's who you cater to, so suck it up and be nice to the customers. You sell *** to ignorant people....deal with it.

Furthermore, those coupons do have expiration dates. The correct coupon that you have e-mailed to you is the only accurate one.

Your account logs the coupon as being active for "x" amount of time. It expires from your account if you don't use it in the timeframe.

As an HSN Employee, I can tell you this.. Pulling coupon codes online wont work.

If you really ARE a new customer, you are emailed a discount coupon code upon applying your email address to your account.

This was your own stupidity, for thinking you could take a shortcut to save some money.

I deal with *** like you on a daily basis. Get real.
