Home Shopping Network - Extreme loss of hair
Purchased my carols daughter monoi shampoo and conditioner set and also the hair milk from HSN ,the home shopping network , because they spoke so highly of this product .This was in November 2017 .By December 2017 I was loosing so much hair to the extent that I had hair on both sides of my scalp and scanty hair in the middle of my scalp from front to back . I reached out to HSN and for months just got the run around ,I reached out to carols daughter customer service and the supervisor I spoke with was so rude and told me no body had ever complained about hair loss, this prompted me to go on their web site only to find out that I was not alone .she grilled me with so many questions trying to blame me for the hair loss .I had gorgeous hair before I started using their products and now my hair is in very bad shape I am contemplating cutting off all my hair and starting afresh .I am grateful that we have a platform where we can lodge a complaint .HSN offered me $25 and I told them that was like a slap in my face for all I had been through and the trauma of losing my hair .
I feel we should all come together and file a class action law suite against carols daughter. Sincerely therahans@***.com
