Home Shopping Network - Didn't send product for one order. Sent faulty products out twice.
Thouroughly dissapointed in HSN. Ordered bars/cookies for my Mom in MN for Thanksgiving. They never got delivered.
Ordered eyebrow filler for my Mom. It got here and was all dried out. She had to pay to send it to me from MN. They sent a 2nd one and it was worse. NOW they have the odasity to ask me for another purchase price to send the 3rd one out. My Mom just called me this morning about the 2nd one. She's sending it back today.
They SUCK. Why not check to make sure your product is good BEFORE you send it out. Lazy, *** ***. I'm so embarrassed for you.
