New ReviewerI ordered a computer on 11/7/21 order # 178195****. I received it and returned it as the finger print option did not work correctly and the computer slowed down within two weeks of use.
I was credited back thru Paypal for $110.43. I was then charged thru HSN a shipping fee for $9.95 on Dec 18 however it was billed thru 179301****. I called as in my return slip I had stated the defect on the computer and should not have been charged this. Paypal received the credit through 178195**** not 179301****.
It never shows in my orders with HSN as having been charged this but I found it in my credit card statement. HSN shows it credited back under 178195****. As a result, Paypal cannot put this back on my credit card as a credit as HSN had never charged me under my order for this (178195****). I have instructed the CEO of Paypal to contact HSN concerning this matter to correct this and have it reprocessed.

The last HSN rep indicated there was nothing HSN could do and would continue to repeat this even if the funds were sent back for correction. I'm not pissed--It's never too late to do the right thing.
User's recommendation: Continue to pursue something that doesn't sound right or make sense.
Preferred solution: Just work with Paypal and correct this--I need nothing more. .
