You are complaining about interest free financing? Hsn does state subject to credit approval on their site.

I worked there.

You sound just like the customers who haven't paid the Flexpay in 4 months and then scream that money was taken out of their account without their consent. Better 4 u to get a high interest credit card instead.

These guys have horrible customer service! I ordered a flat screen tv, they took the funds out of my bank account, and still haven't refunded them. It's been 6 days, and counting.

HP15.6 Touch Quad core 4 GIG, 1T Free Trial software/subscription

HP15.6 quad core's processor came out 2013 at only 1.3gHz is not fast as advertised and keeps hanging. Graphics resolution doesn't compare to other laptops in the smae price range, without software. The software is mostly 30 day trial or pay for subscrition. Even the Mcafee antivirus is sending prompts only 8 more days then you must buy. In my opinion buy a better laptop, check processor family and clock speed by checking "benchmark test", also check display resolution then simply buy Microsoft Office either a $65 home edition or professional and down load the many free programs that your interested in. PS only the ICONS were loaded on the PC, I had to actually download and check agree to terms. Software wasn't preloaded as advertised either, except for Windows 10. This is going back!

HSN honored their return policy in good time. Will do future business with them, just not computers where actual CPU and clock speed is not disclosed and where software is only 30 day trial and have no real value.

Bought Microsoft Surface Pro Intel I5-6500, so much faster with better lighted keyboard and 3x the display resolution.

Buyers beware

My husband purchased a 10 quart pressure cooker for me as a gift. the day it arrived I realized that it was to large for what I needed so I returned it the very next day unopened everything still intact. I received a bill from them saying that I had to pay 9.95 for the return. I was unaware that there would charge me to send it back when they say it is free shipping. needless to say I will not be ordering anything from them again!

Aluminum foil works the same! Hsn preying on your security fears showing the new "emv chip" card and calling it "rfid". Rfid emits radio frequency that can be read. Emv chips have no frequency, impossible to read by thieves scanners. Ripoff!

HSN IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY

HSN sent me a letter stating exactly what I purchased, price, etc. but no explanation as to why my Lifetime Support disappeared and why my laptop battery has such a short lifespan, its only 2 yrs and already it went from 3.5 hrs off power to less than 2 hrs.

This laptop has to be a refurbished product which I was not told about, its slow as *** and its supposed to be the fastest and best thing out there when I purchased it...

I hate it... Ready to dump it and start with something else.....Have to contact the FCC or Attorney General, something fishy going on with HSN, they lie a lot it seems and then don't back up their product....

No it is not resolved, no further word from HSN. No time at the moment to further address this but beginning of the year I will be back at it again giving you an update...

I did get a full refund on the printer which decided to start eating my paper suddenly. where is my tech support though, still nothing....

I purchased an HP laptop from them last April 2014 with the promise of LIFETIME SUPPORT, that has been canceled and I cannot seem to get thru to anyone who takes an interest in this. I received a letter just stating what I purchased, when but no response as to where my Lifetime Support disappeared too. I ended up having to pay HP another $200 for an extra year of support since this computer is having problems so my 699 laptop is now 899.. No one knows anything. The 3 yr contract I purchased does not know about HSN and sales or vice versa, what a mess they are. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT HSN ONLINE EVER AGAIN, they lie, they cannot be trusted to follow up with their promises esp after the 1st year... There is no lifetime support on software after 1 year contrary to what they advertise and I purchased... I want to sue them but not sure where to start so I'm starting here.... I need suggestions on how to go about doing this... The battery is not as advertised either, I purchased because they said it was a 6 hour battery, barely does 3 hrs defeating what I needed it for... the touchpad only works on the left side too... I have called multiple times trying to reach someone since May when they changed their support number... H E L P

I bought an Acer from them 6 years ago. Turned out that it lacked features they said it had.

Called them and they actually gave me a nice discount to keep it. When I received the software I discovered it was NOT the bundle they advertised but basically garbage. Once again I called. At first they were doing nothing.

When I suggested they better come up with answers because the next person who calls them will be from FCC to question why all the false claims they once again knocked more money off computer. I should have sent it all back. It never worked right, the battery was horrible and a replacement battery wouldn't charge beyond 40%.

The part that irked me was they still showed video online that falsely presented this laptop AFTER I told them it wasn't right.

Presenter clearly had no idea what he was talking about!

I will never order electronics from HSN again.

Stick with QVC....nothing but great experiences with them!

thanks, never went on QVC. I'm pretty much turned off all electronics onliine, I will go buy them in person...

I did get the printer refunded totally, it started eating my paper. As for the laptop the battery is about 3 hrs, advertised as 6 hrs which it is not even close.

They say they can't even find me in the system, its only been a year and a half and now I have no lifetime support, still working on this one... Maybe I'll try your approach...or just go to the FCC directly....

i have never done business with a company this hungry for money in my life, i actually thought this was a good company to do business with, but i was so so wrong, my first and most defenant my last. 10/25/15 5:30pm placed an order, 10/26/15 8:30am called to cancel order, cs says the order has been processed, i explained that i was laid off an could no longer afford the order, so sorry just refuse the order, ill get a refund when they receive the item back. so 10/30 i called to check status order shipped, will be delivered 11/4/15 not the three to seven days, called ups to asked that they return the package back to them, ups states hsn has it written up to be deliver to post office so no cant return to sender. this company has done the most to hold on to the little change that i spent with them.

This is a follow up to the review that I placed on sept.25th about the double dated coin collector set 5954DD CS.As I mentioned before I feel that the value of the set was intentionally inflated to make them appear to be much more valuable than they really are.At the very most the sixtynine dollar set on the highest is not worth more than ten to fifteen dollars.I feel if the HSN shopping channel wants to maintain a reliable reputation they should reconsider marketing this sellers items.As I said before I have made many purchases from HSN ln the past and have been satisfied with the product but when making these collector coin purchases I have been very disappointed each time.

Collector Coin Purchase Complaint

On 08/12/2015 I ordered the double dated coin set that was sold as a set of coins valued at several dollars each and up to possibly 20 to 30 dollars each. I looked up the value of each coin on line and through local independent coin dealers and found out that they were worth only a fraction of the 79.98 that I paid for them. They were two types of 1916 dimes two types of 1938 nickles and two types 1909 pennies.Unfortunately I let the return date go by two weeks or I would have sent them back.The coins were presented as grade fine or better but in reality the grade was good at best.I feel that the grade was intentionally very much misrepresented.This is the second time I have made a collector coin purchase from this dealer and as the first time it was a very disappointing experiance.The last time I made a collector coin purchase from this dealer I sent it back immediately. I will never buy another collector coin from this dealer.In the past I have made many purchases from HSN and have been satisfied with the purchases.Beware of buying coins from this dealer or you will get screwed.

Damaged table

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with a recent purchase on your online store. I ordered a beautiful table from you website. It arrived on Friday July 31, 2015. As my significant other was taking the table out of the packing box the table its self has a huge chuck taken out of the corner, this ruins the whole table. I would hope that this is simply a one-time thing, as I do not want to believe that this company has faulty furniture. All that I am asking in this case is to receive my money back, as I do not believe that this product was delivered to me as promised. I have never been so dissatisfied with an online purchase till now. I do hope we can resolve this issue. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.

Non delivery of item twice- no Im out of luck

I order 2 products over a month ago in same order. 1 came and 1 never did. They followed up with replacement order that again never came. Each time UPS tracking says it was delivered but I never got. 20 other orders have had no problems, but this one twice has problem. HSN says too bad, not their policy to believe me only concession is to give me chance to reorder at same price. SWIPE Watch "However, if you wish to re-order this item, I have notated in your account you should receive the original price you paid. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you."
