They refuse to sell to me
Three months ago we purchased a new home and updated our shipping address. HSN now refuses to sell to us because someone previously living at this address did not pay their bill. It did not matter that my account was paid in full with an excellent payment history (never a missed a payment or had a late payment). Also, having been a customer in good standing for over 20 years made no difference. I have sent eMails and made multiple phone calls to clear this up over the last 6 weeks and they still refuse to sell to me. My husband called them and offered to mail evidence that the house has been sold and was told they do not want that information. Their accounting department has to independently research our claim. There customer service was polite but firm. The message we are getting is that Home Shopping Network no longer wants my business.

HSN Asurion 3year Product Protection Plan not Honored
Oct 2015 Purchased 17 inch Touch Screen HP Laptop Computer $699.00 Warranty is suppose to cover spills and drops, had spill damage called hsn/Asurion send laptop to hsn/Asurion they sent me an email stating laptop was repaired,received laptop, wasnt repaired,call hsn/Asurion again,lady on phone said that I had to return laptop back to hsn/Asurion again, hsn/Asurion called and said that my HARD DRIVE was not in the Laptop, there for Voiding laptop warranty, are you Serious hsn/Asurion, why would someone remove a hard drive and expect a warranty to cover there Claim,hsn/Asurion,did this fraud to me because they don't CARE about there Customers, so they screwed me out of 159.00 warranty and 699.99 17 inch Touch Screen HP Laptop Computer Please Help NO DEFENSE SAD Va man SH

Not great first experience
8/16/18 at 11:47am PST Called after seeing Coleen Lopez in cute tunic top 617-462. C/S person was fabulous and helped me find the item. She was wonderful she even helped me figure out the color and size. I placed my order and it was confirmed. I continued to watch the show and at least a half an hour later they sold the blouse. They said they had all three colors available. Then it sold out. I thought good thing I put my order in when I did. I was so happy with my order. Then got phone call 9:17 st 2;15pm PST message saying I may or may not get my order and if I don’t I will get a $5 coupon. Now I feel terrible. I had my order in before it sold out!!! I called C/S around 2:30pm on 9/17/18 and told them my story. They said they could do nothing about it if my order was cancelled. They offered a $5 coupon. So bummer. Terrible experience not sure I will order from HSN again.

HSN Will Not Let Me Buy From Them Any More!!!!
Received a letter from HSN telling me they were closing my account & I can no longer buy from them. WHY!!!, Its not because I did not pay my bills, I have excelent credit ratings, one of the women that works for the bank that HSN has their credit cards thru called them on a three way call with me on the phone telling them about my rating with them. Oh The reason they said they will not sell to me anymore, I HAVE RETURNED TOO MANY ITEMS,!!! Even thou I NEVER USED any of the items, NEVER WORE any of the items, they were returned to them as I had recieved them. I could see it if I opened & used every thing I bought , or wore & washed clothing then returned it. NONE OF THAT WAS EVER DONE. SO When The Host, He Or She Are Selling A Item On HSN & They Say Get It Home, Try It, If You Do Not Like It You Have 30 Days To Return It THEY ARE LYING!!!! If They Dont Want My Money, There Are Other Shoppong Channels That Do.

Worse vacuum and worse customer service
I bought a JOY vacuum at a discount retailer. Have the receipt but over 30 days so don't want store credit. Attempted to use it twice, its defective, DANGEROUS and best described as a piece of junk. It doesn't pick up anything, it heats up to the point you almost get burned just touching it. It shuts off after 2 minutes and then after 1/2 hour turns back on all on its own. Called Joy Mangano company to return it and not one, not two but three reps gave me the runaround and then HUNG UP ON ME. Appalling customer service and they are owned by HSN but hide behind a veil - nobody takes responsibility.

I placed an order on line for a telephone and a 2 year protection plan. on June 6, 2018, no email was sent to me to say when it would be shipped but, they had my money, $107.20 I called on June 8,2018 and was told that they "did not have my email address on my profile although I had ordred from them in the past. I gave them my email and ask that they send me a invoice and tracking information she said "that can not be sent for 10 days " something about where they get the phone from.??. I did get the invoice with in 3 min. I will NOT order from them again

IN JAN 15 I BOUGHT A 699.00 ALL IN ONE HP COMPUTER AND A WARRANTY FOR 159.00 PUT IT ON FLEX PAY, I USED THE COMPUTER FOR 3 DAYS PUT BACK BOX BECAUSE I MOVED AND DIDNT TRY USE IT AGAIN TILL APRIL,AT WHICH TIME I TOOK IT OUT OF THE BOX AND WHEN I TRIED TO SIGN IT , IT SAID WRONG PASSWORD,WELL I WAS TOLD THIS WAS THE BEST DEAL 24 HOUR HELP DESK 2 YEAR WARRANTY, SAID YOU NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING WICH WAS A BIG LIE, WHEN I TRIED TO GET HELP, NOBODY EVEN KNEW WHAT THE 800 24 HELP DESK NUMBER WAS, WHEN I DID FINALLY GET , I CALLED FOR 1 MONTH AND SAT ON HOLD FOR 4 HOURS, MOST TIME IT JUST RANG NOBODY ANSWERED, WHEN I CALLED HSN, AND TOLD THEM I WANTED TO RETURN IT, THEY WOULD TELL ME TO CALL COMMENITY SAYS CALL HSN , THEN THEY SAY CALL ASSURIAN, ASSURIAN SAYS CALL HP, HP WANTED ME TO PAY 500 TO REPLACE THE HARD DRIVE, THE WARRANTY I BOUGHT DID NOT COVER THE PURCHASE TILL AFTER ONE YR WHEN HP'S WARRANTY ENDED, HP SAID IT DIDNT COVER WHAT HAPPENED TO IT ,ALL BECAUSE I COULD NOT CHANGE THE PASSWORD, I KNEW IT BUT IT DIDNT WORKM IN MEAN TIME I WAS SENDING MY PAYMENT TO COMMENITY, I DIDNT WANT TO PAY 100.00 BEING THAT I WAS HOPING TO RETURN TO RETURN IT BECAUSE IT DID NOT WORK, EVERY MONTH I WOULD SEND 50 IN WHICH WAS OVER MIN PAYMENT YET I GET THE NEXT BILL, AND EVEN THOUGH I MADE PAYMENT I WOULD OWE MORE THEN THE PRIOR MONTH, THATS WHEN I READ FINE PRINT AND NOBODY EVER TOLD ME, I HAD TO MAKE A 100.00 PAYMENT FOR MY FLEX PAYMENT, WHICH I DIDN'T WANT TO PAY BECAUSE I WANTED TO RETURN IT. I WAS HOPING EITHER HSN ASSURIAN OR HP WOULD COVER SINCE I HAD BOUGHT THE EXTRA WARRANTY , IT WAS USED 3 DAYS, YET I WAS TOLD , IT WAS MY FAULT BECAUSE I TRIED TO CHANGE PASSWORD.THIER FLEX PAY , IS A TOTAL SCAM. I FOUND OUT THE DOWN PAYMENT I MADE, WENT DIRECTLY TO HSN, WHICH THEY NEVER CREDITED ON MY BILL, THERE ALSO WAS A LATE CHAGE ON EVERY BILL BECAUSE WHEN YOU PAY IT ON THE DUE DAY, THEY DONT' PROCESS THE PAYMENT SOMETIMES FOR 5 DAYS OR MORE. THEY STARTED CHARGING INTEREST FROM THE MINUTE I PURCHASED IT BEFORE I EVER GOT IT DELIVERED.EVERY MONTH I WOULD CALL HSN SAYING ,I WAS DISPUTING THE CHARGE, BUT IT JUST KEPT GETTING MORE EXPENSIVE, I TOLD THEM SINCE THE BILL WAS IN DISPUTE, THEY SHOULDN'T BE CHARGING ME INTEREST, THEY FINALLY , THEN WENT IT WAS UNDER DISPUT IN OCTOBER, IT TOOK 6 MONTHS TO GET THEN TO DISPUTE THE BILL, THEY PUT A LATE PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT CARD, IN SEPTEMBER I BOUGHT SOME LOTION I HAD TOLD THEM I WANTED TO PAY FOR IT,WHEN I BOUGHT THE LOTION I PAID HSN, BUT IT TURNED UP ON MY CREDIT CARD BILL, I SAID I WANTED TO PAY THAT PORTION OFF, SO I DIALED 800 COMENITY BUT SOMEHOW GOT SWITCHED TO HSN,WHICH I WAS NOT AWARE OF, AND WHEN I SHOWED THEM A COPY OF MY CREDIT CARD SHOWING THAT I PAID IT TO HSN, THEY SAID WE KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT HSN RECEIVES BECAUSE THEY ARE 2 DIFFERENT COMPANIES,THAT HAVE DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING , TO DO W EACH OTHER,THEY DID TAKE THE LATE CHARGE OFF BUT MY PAYMENT NEVER CREDITED FROM HSN TO COMENITY CCARD ACCOUNT, I AM NOW STUCK PAYING BACK 1000 FOR NOTHING,NO COMPUTER, I DIDN'T GET REFUND FOR THE 159.00 ASSURIAN WHICH WOULDN'T COVER IT, AND THEY CONSTANTLY RECIEVE THE PAYMENT ON TIME BUT DON'T POST THE PAYMENT, TILL ER. THEY ALL THREE A FALSELY ADVERTISING, AFTER THE DUE SO THEY CAN GIVE YOU A LATE CHARGE. ON THE BACK OF THE COMENITY CC STATEMENT SAYS IF YOU BUY A ITEM THATS DEFECTIVE AND YOU TRY GET IT FIXED, THEY WILL TAKE OFF YOUR BILL, BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE,THEY SAID IT WASN'T THIER RESPONSIBILITY, AND IN NO WAY WOULD STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY HAVE WRITTEN THAT THEY TAKE OFF YOUR BILL IF IT IS DEFECTIVE.ALL BECAUSE OF PASSWORD THAT IS CRAZY!!

They did the same to us as well. Terrible service!
They really do not care to make customers happy but rather they just have a "don't care" attitude. Shame on HSN!
