Beware

We were not able to set system up and charge batteries. I called Arlo support and was told that our product was owned by someone else and returned.

HSN sold us the item as new. I have documentation.

I purchased an Arlo Pro 3-pack Camera Security System w/ 2-pack Arlo Security Lights for Eric for Christmas, and we have been trying without success to completely set it up. Im not a complete dummy when it comes to electronics but I just couldnt figure out what was wrong. Two of the batteries would not charge at all and we tried for three days. Today I was finally able to reach someone at Arlos tech support who attempted to trouble shoot our system with no luck. He asked me for the part number for the charger, and I asked him which one and told him we had two. The box contained two chargers and two cords. He said there should only be one charger and one cord in the box and asked me what it said on the chargers. I told him one was labeled Netgear and one was labeled Arlo, and he told me the Netgear charger didnt belong with our system nor did the second cord. I told the technician that something just didnt seem right and asked him if there was any chance someone had it before us and returned it? He told me he could find out by checking the numbers on the base station and asked me to please wait. Well, a few minutes later he returned to the phone, and my hunch was right. Someone had it before us and returned it. I called HSN and blasted the woman on the phone who in turn told me it was Arlos fault because it came from their warehouse. My response to her was, Well you sold it. Basically she didnt give a fat rats behind and simply said she would send me a return label and wouldnt charge us for shipping, and she then told me to have a nice day. I will NEVER buy from HSN again! P.S. I just went to HSN to leave a review a received this message: Sorry, our records indicate that you have not purchased this item. Only items purchased within the last 365 days may be reviewed and rated. If you feel you have received this message in error, please contact HSN Customer Service at 1.800.933.2887 or email us. Such B.S. I purchased it mid December. Its obvious they dont want me to leave a negative review. I emailed them but do not expect Ill receive an answer.

Never have gotten my rebate THAT WAS TOLD YOU WOULD RECEIVE WHEN YOU ORDER THIS U

I order a a/c unit memorial wk end May 2019 there was a 50.00 rebate from hsn on a delonghi a/cair and heater unit . I have call Hsn so many times this month I call again they said they had sent the check out again. What kind of fool do you think I am???? The next call will be to the BB looks like someone isn’t telling the truth and its been going on7 months now I wont my $50.00

Using my for someone else order

My daughter order a lap top using my phone, arrangements was may Several making HSN was charging the correct person, some how HSN lost her information and proceed to take actions and during me, when I called to discuss me situation with customer service, I was blown off and no one wanted to talk to me. Ver disappointed lesson learn don’t allow anyone to use your phone to place an order, because you will be make responsible for the payments. Now how they manage to erase the several conversations on who order the lab top is baffled.

1st time customer: 1st impression: Aweful

My 1st time experience was aweful!!! I’ve never felt so bad with a company before, and treated like a criminal!! After numerous phone calls, today, I still have no idea about what the problem is or why my order was cancelled and I was blackballed. I was told, that I could not order anything else ever until, the issue is resolved... and again, I don’t know how to resolve a problem, if I don’t know what the problem is. I ordered the computer, which came with a free printer, and free ink cartridges for life, for up to 15 pages or less/ month! Then I added the carrying case with the free wired mouse and port!! I received an email today, of “confirmation” of the computer order being cancelled! “Confirmation”?!?!? I didn’t cancel the order...so why am I getting a confirmation of the cancellation?!?! The answer I was given came from someone, who said they were in the fraud department and that they could not varify the information I had given!! Again, I’m not sure what information! I gave all the info (my info) that they asked for : name, billing address, cell number, Visa card info., shipping info. The person in the “fraud” department did not varify my card info. shipping, info, email address. When I ordered, I told the young lady, I had to use my hair dresser’s address, because I live in the country and don’t receive mail out here. I get my mail at a PO Box in town! My Mom who is a longtime ( 10 years or so) customer, has done the same thing, with regards to having things you won’t send to a P.O Box. We live on the same farm property, next door to each other. She told me about HSN and QVC!! I have successfully ordered and paid on time through flex pay with QVC. My portable air conditioner will be paid off next month, I think! BTW, the air conditioner was more expensive than the computer order that you all cancelled. I don’t understand!?! I looked at the email again with regard to my order, and found that the case for the computer is still on the way to me. That’s like pouring salt in the wound. What do I need with the case, now? On top of that, I was blocked from ordering anything else, for whatever this mysterious reason is!?!? Signed, Being punished for whatever I did!?!? At a loss for what to do!!!! LaJonna G. Hughes

Ripped off

Early August I ordered some fire extinguishers from HSN after about a month when I didn't receive it I placed a call when I spoke with the customer service rep basically they told me I ordered it online I didn't put in the correct address and I was out of luck tried to resolve this with customer service rep to no avail I believe they could have tried harder which they didn't but they were more interested in ripping me off for a technicality and I believe I entered the correct address I never received a confirmation email that it was shipped or a confirmation email that it was received so I guess you just ship stuff to random people and the people that paid for it around to look last time I love to deal with HSN be leery of them

Ripped off

I bought a few items 4-5 months ago, never received not one item. What a total scam, you get no email confirming what you bought and they use some 3rd party company to take your money so you can’t track them.

Ugly Service

I placed my first order on a Friday and then I got an email saying that I needed to verify my information. Firstly, he assumed I was a female when I am male, 2nd he didn't ask any information of me at ALL! He asked for my phone number and said it wasn't on my account. I had called to place the rep put my area code wrong by one number, 3rd the guy had the worse attitude and was like "I find reason to believe you are not who you say you are because my sources show you as 90 years old" and then starts laughing! If you see your "sources," I'm in my late 20s!!! When I called the lady asked for my SS and DOB to see if I qualify for the credit card which was fine so that alone shows my DOB, age, sex, etc. The guy was beyond rude and was like "well I'm canceling your account and your account is goooonne! Ok?" I have never ever been spoken to the way he spoke to me. I then tell him how did he verify my information when he didn't even ask for anything, and he continued to to say "well, I don't believe you. Your orders canceled and I get the final say and I say no. So I have nothing more to say to you so have a good day." Then he hung up I me. I am beyond appalled by this! I'm glad I'm not doing service with them. I'm glad I'm getting my money back. Looking at the reviews, I would have probably got a defective 2nd hand pice of crap anyways. I requested a supervisor to call me so I'm going wait on that and I hope that guy gets fired! Not professional, rude, and awful company all together. Beware! I'm glad I didnt start with this company.
