Lost my promo minutes just because i was trying to put my old phone number on this new phone.

hello, I brought this new phone because my old one needed to be replaced, but I wanted to keep my old phone number so I wouldn't have to be trying to give everyone my number again. but in doing so i lost all of my promo minutes. i am disabled and have safe link so i need all the help i can get. is there anyway i can get my minutes back. thank you I BOUGHT MY PHONE FROM HSN, ORDER NUMBER IS 112326****. MY PHONE NUMBER IS 407-267-**** please help me with this problem, i will have to return the for a full refund. i have bought many thing's from hsn and this is the only time i have ever had a problem. i guess this happened because i gotthe minutes put on the phone before i tranfered my old number to the phone. but i truly did not know that this would cause a problem. thank you , and i pray that you can help me to solve this problem in a positive way. crg

Review about Undelivered Dyson Vacuum

I ordered a dyson vacume on 5/17/14 have not received it yet today is 7/25/14 paid one of my 5 payments of 134.99 disputed the charge with the credit card company hsn contested the charge back credit company put it back on my account. I canceled my credit card screw hsn they aren't going to get anymore money from me they are a horrible company. I will never use them again...

HSN would not change my Electric Guitar to Acoustic Guitar as soon as I placed order.

I ordered the Keith Urban Guitar I clicked on the Electric , so I found out my Grandson wanted the acoustic one instead. I called them 30 minutes after I placed the order and told the lady she said I can't do anything . Let it come and then send it back and exchange it for the one we wanted. She was so rude. It came so I called them back and was told they had no more that I wanted then she said she would return my money and would deduct my shipping charges again. Also I had to pay more money because it was not on special. I kept the *** Guitar and learned a lesson don't place a order with them again.

Got a computer generated phone call yesterday saying more info was needed on my order just before the call cut off. So, I call the number via caller id and end up talking to customer service @ HSN! Yep, more info is needed, before the order would be placed. Except the CS rep couldn't find out what additional information was needed!

While she's still on the phone with me searching desperately for WTH is going on, the call goes dead. I call back. Of course another rep answers. This one couldn't even find what the first one did.

So, I'm told to call the number for playerbykeithurban.com. I did. Only to be told customer service matters are handled by none other than HSN @ the number I had already called twice! Brainstorm...Order another one.

I did. So far, no order or email with an order number has shown up anywhere! HSN says it can take up to 48 hrs for the order to get to them.

Never in my life have I gone through such bs to order anything. An email, an order, or something to that effect best show up tomorrow or I will have some very harsh words to spell out to Keith Urban, his guitar, HSN, and to speak when I call a phone number that goes directly to consumer affairs.

I have had a account for years always ontime.I just received a letter this morning telling me my flexpayment was rejected bcuz my credit card.its not through a credit card its through Hsn at 12.01my phone is turned off.I didn't even get to call. Representative would not help me.

Called in to order product. Didn't have item number.when I asked her if she could help me she just kept repeating what the item number was for the product I wanted. Would not respond to any questions I asked.Felt like I was listening to a recording. Why wouldn't she help when I trying to purchase items? Makes absolutely no sense to me.if it weren't for customers calling in to order products you wouldn't have a job! You would think that this representative would help as much as possible so the customer is satisfied and that would ensure repeat business. Don't know if I will order anything else with HSN. Can always go to their competitor if that don't value my business.

Bad phone, Bad HSN, Bad T-mobile, Bad Samsung: No Accountability!

Saw what I thought would be the perfect deal for me: the Simple Choice calling plan from T-mobile, a Samsung Galaxy S2 on flex-pay, no contract, just month-to-month prepaid. Perfect! I also purchased HSN's Protection Plus Plan. "Protection" my foot! "Plus" what, I don't know! That was in June 2013. The phone has been a little buggy since i got it, slow to follow commands, closing apps at will, not following the settings i set, basically has a mind of it's own. It got worse and worse until finally it was UN usable. Lousy T-mobile coverage didn't help; I'm in California, not outer Mongolia, for crying out loud! So I call HSN, who says THE FIRST YEAR IT'S UNDER WARRANTY, CALL SAMSUNG, and they gave me a number to call. I try to call but the phone won't do it, so I go to bed and try again the next day. I get through and explain the problems I'm having. THEY tell me to take it to Best Buy and get the soft ware upgrade; I am a town away from the nearest store and I don't have transportation. Then they say log onto Kies from my desk top to get the upgrade; I do not HAVE a landline in my home, hence no Kies. It's at this point that I tell the rep that I've had Droid smart phones before and that the problems I've been having are not fixed with upgrades and or trouble shooting, I will need a new phone. The phone is only four months old and, incidentally, is now paid for. THEY tell me to call Protection Plus. Protection Plus tells me they won't do ANYTHING for me for a year so i might as well call Samsung back, get a ticket number and send the phone for repair. I learn that i will have to send this phone back to them FOUR TIMES before they will send me a new phone. Add to that that it will take TWO WEEKS to get it back. Shipping label? They will ONLY email it to me, will not mail it, I have to print it out [I don't have a printer], package it in a specific way in a box I have to procure, and send it out by UPS. I asked my daughter, who lives in a different STATE, to print it out and mail it to me, which she did. So, for a four month old defective gs2, and *** coverage from T-mobile, I jumped through some MAJOR HOOPS to be without a communication device,living in the boonies, for TWO WEEKS, to get the same defective phone back. I will never order anything from HSN again, and my esteem for Samsung and T-mobile have cooled to the point where I may sever any business with then in the future, and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone else. Thanks for nothing, you guys. This is not the way to keep and grow a customer base.

What a light-what a joke!

purchased two of these lights, pleeeeeeeease don't waste your money, they don't work, won't hold a charge, even had maintenance man take a look, he didn't have any success in getting these pieces of chinese plastic junk to work, don't buy from from info commercial or hsn neither will make it right, go buy yourself some good flashlights at least they will be reliable and won't cost you a fortune in electricity charging them for failure, those HSN pitch hosts should be proscecuted for all the lies and misrepresentation and taking poor peoples money so they can brag about their expensive vacations on the air

Samsung smart phone

Purchase samsung smart phone from hsn. Phone lost sound after 30 days.Samsung would not repair it and Tracfone which supply phone service was too *** to understand how to fix it.sound would come on if shook it for a second.I had purchase a 2 year warranty and since my wife dropped the phone while trying to get the sound-They said they would send a check but not replace the phone. I still haven't got the ups mailing label to return the phone. HSN refused to even talk to me and said it was not their problem.They later contacted me to resolved the problem but never got back to me after the first visit to replace the phone.All a big SCAM. They all got their money and the *** with me.I'm stuck with a smart phone with no sound.

Miss communication

Regarding the trac phone ur sales people give different info 1. What is 1$7 a month? 2.Some say it last for one year, some say 90 days ? 3. Can you carry on you left over minutes AND For How Long? They need to be informed, they jump from subject to subject and will not finished her first thought. It is so hard to send youa complaint. Please try to train them better I am sure there are no hidden costs. I have to always to call twice or three times to understand the features so we don't have to return it back I thank you

Hsn scam

i oredered two samsung phones from HSN on flex pay. They held my phones on hold for days and no one ever called or emailed me to let me know what was going on. I decided to check my pay pal account and saw i was charge 10 times for that phone. In which al the transactions were pending. When i tried to get answers about it everyone gave me te run around and told me o many different stories while my money still was just floating in the air. long story short i had to open up a claim and than paypal refunded me.

Remote control loss of control

On my Comcast HD Channel for HSN #804, if you stop on this channel for more than 1 second you lose control of the remote. It will not allow you to switch to another channel. Your channel selection buttons holding down the freeze and do not operate. By trial and error I found that by holding down the up/down channel button for 4+ secs. it overrides systrem. When I called Comcast, an agent said that it was a transmission problem & they would check it out. HSN you lost a shopper! This should a concern for the Fedal Trade Commission to investigate

This has been happening to me and I don't even use HD. I've always been happy with Comcast until now, but this is so infuriating that I'm about to switch companies.

I have a friend who works there and I'm going to ask him to make it known that they're losing customers over this.

This HSN channel "problem" has been happening to me also, but only when I am watching on my HD DVR box. All my other cable converter boxes are just fine and it does not happen with any other channels. this is not a "transmission" problem in any way, that is a lie by Comcast. What we have are is a case of collusion between Comcast and HSN and as a result the Consumer is screwed.

Some how, Comcast's or HSN's very own "Geek Squad's" have figured out a way to temporary disable the Viewer's ability to change channels via their cable box's remote control when ever they enter the channel number for HSN. There is no way is scam can be legal, at the very least it most be breaking some type of Consumer protection law and dare I say , could it be against our constitutional rights? They have taken away our freedom to chose the channels we want. Not that our founding fathers had the foresight to envision the creation of any type of electrical invention when they were writing the constitution.

I do plan on contacting the all levels of government and the contact all regulatory agencies and file my complains...We should all do this, so We can show Comcast and HSN that they can not be allowed to this. Is HSN that desperate for viewers?, that they need to "trap" unsuspecting members of the public, in hopes that they can be brain washed into buying *** that they sale on their channel.

The same thing happened to me when on HSN channel and when the notice shows on the tv screen press ok to order and you don't after about 10 min it locks the remote.

I called Comcast they didn't know why the box locked up but the guy told me to unplug the cable box from the wall and wait 10 sec. It works but you loose the info on the menu so your changing the channels blindly for up to 1/2 hr.

This is the 3rd time i it happened.

It doesnt happen on QVC. I will try the trick with the remote.

I don't think it's only HSN, I think Comcast is in on it. It has happened to me several times now. I'm going to contact the BBB because this seems illegal.

No power will not turn on

Charged labtop overnight. Browsed through screen flash low battery. Plug in not getting power. Homework do I cannot get done. You got my money your product not working. Call customer service talked to Marathi(gwsi16008) very rude he said it will be 3/5business days before I get a new adapter if that's the problem. I have 3 assignments due Wednesday with research. I am not pleased with this order at all.plus you have me on hold for hours and no one speaks English well. Now my bloodpressure is up. No happy. Hate doing business with your company. I will not recommend anyone to use you!!!!!!

Method of payment

I have and have had an HSN card for a very long time. When placing an order on the automated system, HSN arbitrarily and automatically uses the LAST CARD USED for purchase WITHOUT ASKING IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO USE THE HSN CARD!!! What's the sense of having an HSN card when the company uses the last credit card that was used WITHOUT ASKING THE CUSTOMER IF HE/SHE WANTS TO USE THE HSN CARD. Other shopping networks, ON THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM, asks the customer if they want to use the company's credit card and if the customer is at their limit, the automated system comes back to the customer and says, "I'M SORRY, WE WERE UNABLE TO USE YOUR QVC CREDIT CARD, WOULD YOU LIKE TO USE THE OTHER CARD THAT IS ON FILE?" i think this policy is just a lazy way of making the sale without regard to the customer's wishes. What gives HSN the right to automatically use a credit card without alerting the customer that they are going to do that?

HSN terrible customer service

My sister bought me a No NO for Christmas and after using it for the required six weeks I found the product just does not work as easily or effectively as advertised. When I contacted HSN customer service on 2/28/13 they told me there was nothing they could do as it was past the reutrn date of 2/2/13. This was my first time shopping with HSN and it will be may last. An expensive lesson to learn. I shop at QVC all of the time and they have EXCELLENT cutomer service. They will get all of my business in the future.
