The same thing happened to me.

When any of the hosts gush, "Just get it home and try it for 30 days and return it if you don't like it" every single show, I take them at their word.

The hosts should not be allowed to encourage consumers to "try" their products if a certain number of returns will end up in the customer getting banned. I bought a lot of things over the years and I would love to sue them for being unethical with their selling practices and "return policy."

Bad Customer Service!

Two weeks ago I ordered the Toshiba Thrive after viewing it on hsn TV. I placed my order pretty easily. One week later I called the customer service dept. To confirm a delivery date, which would have been n 11/22/11, but when the day came I called them again to find out if it was in fact sent, two c/s ladies I spoke said that my order was not sent and that it got cancelled because they were confused as to the shipping info. And that there were no more tablets left. What the heck!! I was pissed! Never was I told they had an issue when I called them. I was so disappointed! I was so looking forward to my tablet. This would have been my fist order ever placed using HSN, but Never Again! The two C/S women I spoke too kept cutting me off when I was talking and they wouldn't let me talk. The next day I went to Fry's and purchased my Toshiba tablet for less and I was given the Amazon price. All good now! :-)

Dont order through any rewards program because HSN will not confirm your order so you can be credited.I received about 5 excuses,none true,when actually I met all requirements.I complained and now when I log in I cant post to the forums.They only want you to post the happy posts apparently and no bad experiences. I wont be ordering from them again.

Met with a very bad experience with homeshopping...Guys make sure that you have matched the imei of handset with the box if you are purchasing any cellphone from Hs coz Last week I ordered SE Xperia Neo from Hs and they sold me a refurbished set with an unmatched imei box but after wasting my huge time and bal on complaining Hs they gave me a local imei printed sticker box......

HSN charge card

Contacting their charge card company is a nightmare! It was the most difficult time I have ever experienced attempting to speak to a person. Their automated phone service did not provide the choice I needed. I called to cancel my card and their only choice to verify the cancellation was to fax it to me but I don't have a fax and I wanted written proof that they had canceled my card. After the third time calling them, I just kept hitting O until a person answered. They said they were aware they had a problem and were going to fix it. That did nothing to make me feel better about all the time I wasted on the phone. I tried to explain to the person that while they do not want to speak to their customers, it is their customers who make it possible for them to be employed.

Hsn (expired) bull lony

Hello Just wanted to take a whirl with being a first time buyer at hsn and purchased a flip cam, so i googeled "hsn.com discount first time customer" and the top result was "HSN Coupons and HSN Coupon Codes at HSN.com". i just wanted to take advantage of the 15% off, for a first time customer! they argue with you and tell you that it has expired last year! (15% off for new customer – first purchase single Item within same order with a max savings of $75. Use Coupon #C56838 at checkout. see details.) then they give you a hard time, its there web site that states"Offer valid 7/1/2011 through 9/30/2011" They can go to H ee double hockey sticks!!! They lost me before I became a CUSTOMER, geesh I wonder why?

Hey Paul, glad to see that you are representing HSN so well. Keep calling the clients *** Great way to maintain job security.

Especially since people can't find the same, similar or better products for the same or better prices at stores like Best Buy, or Wal Mart. That was me being sarcastic if you didn't catch that. Fact is, you rely on *** to collect a paycheck. If people are too lazy to leave the house and shop a better deal (which almost always exists) they are not the sharpest people.

But that's who you cater to, so suck it up and be nice to the customers. You sell *** to ignorant people....deal with it.

Furthermore, those coupons do have expiration dates. The correct coupon that you have e-mailed to you is the only accurate one.

Your account logs the coupon as being active for "x" amount of time. It expires from your account if you don't use it in the timeframe.

As an HSN Employee, I can tell you this.. Pulling coupon codes online wont work.

If you really ARE a new customer, you are emailed a discount coupon code upon applying your email address to your account.

This was your own stupidity, for thinking you could take a shortcut to save some money.

I deal with *** like you on a daily basis. Get real.

Hsn sucks

I returned few items back t o HSN and they still did not refund my money amounting to 902.55. And because it was purchased through HSN credit card issued by the world financial capital bank they refused charge back for me and I had to pay the whole balance for the products I returned. World financial capital bank sucks and beware they will take the side of HSN only. I also provided the tracking number that I returned those items but still wfcb took HSN's side. Beware customers using HSN.com and their credit cards. Never buy from HSN

HSN.COM SUCKS!

I order a comuper three weeks prior to my complaint, it was estimated delivery on a friday. Took friday off. Called hsn.com they said it will come on saturday, called later, the said it will arrive on monday. Tried to make arrangements between ups and hsn because i wan not going to be home at that time. Ups tried to gave a solution over the phone, hsn.com had the authority to change dates but would not. Most of the time they (hsn.com) argued with me insted of trying to help resolve the issue. HSN.com customer service sucks!!!!!!

I sent my son a guitar before Christmas, he wasn't there when his girlfriend returned it, (For credit) in his name. I told them to stop charging my card the product was returned.

They said they would continue to charge my card 6 more months! They have the guitar and are still charging my card, and giving him credit for some other over priced thing.

No one ever asked me if I wanted to give credit.

I gave him cash and wanted to stop paying for a guitar which was never used. They refused to talk to me refunding my card, and if I stop payment they will turn it over to credit agency.

I will never, never do business with HSN again!

Sold new tv with 5 yr old guts very pissed

home shopping network what a bunch of greedy people. daughter got flat screen from them for xmas 2weeks later the inside screen cracked big the man came to fix it and said the guts were 5yrs old. how many people thought they where buying new tvs only to get 5 yrs old tvs i got a reader book from them the thing just stopped working we paid to send it back they sent the same one back to us saying nothing was wrong with it now my junk camera justed stopped working canot wait to see how they rip us off on this will never give then another penny and will badmouth them to everone i know for as long as i live this ripoff company should be shut down now.

HSN Gateway Laptops

I purchased 2 Gateway Laptops and opened an HSN account to do so. As a single income parent with 2 teenagers, this purchase wasn't taken lightly. I specifically bought these for my kids to do their homework. When it was discovered after 90 days that ALL of the Microsoft etc. that was supposed to be FULLY LOADED AND NOT A TRIAL, was INDEED a 90 DAY TRIAL; I complained. I was told that I would have had to complain within 30 DAYS! Well, when HSN makes ON AIR promises it doesn't keep, may I suggest that HSN MANS UP AND MAKES IT RIGHT! I don't have $1500.00 to throw away but, apparently HSN doesn't care that now I only have 2 expensive internet laptops. It will cost me HUNDREDS to purchase and install the programs that WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ON MY LAPTOPS! HSN tells me, "We're sorry we can't help you now but, we hope you continue to shop with us in the future." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? my SUGGESTION TO HSN IS THAT YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS AS YOU YOURSELF WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED!!!! I am STILL so very hurt by this and I am STILL making my payments for these worthless laptops and ON TIME!!!! I will tell everyone I know and am filing complaints with every one I can. I have been robbed by HSN.

It's amazing that someone as smart as you profess to be, actually spends so much energy trolling through sites like this to attack people who have had a bad experience with the company you claim to work for. Have you nothing better to do?

When you know nothing about someone or a situation, you feel it's okay to go slam someone? Who didn't raise you with enough love to make you feel like you had to utilize your day trying to hurt strangers. It's a truly sad representation of who you are. I realize I am a small fish in a big pond.

As a consumer, I have the right to complain when I feel I have been wronged. It's really none of your business. HSN=FRAUD!!!!!!

My order cancelled several times. Several Supervisors gave me several different reasons WHY....they all claimed to fix the problem and still my order gets cancelled even though my $$$ is being held hostage. Total fraud imo - don't bother with these crooks. They couldn't honor their tv ad so apparently making it difficult to purchase the item. Nobody has a clue either at HSN of what is going on. They never notified me after the first time my order cancelled. I was waiting and waiting for my tv (it was a gift I purchased for my two sons)and it never arrived. Finally I called HSN and they said Oh that order was cancelled but they could not tell me why. I spoke with several supervisors several times and they all gave me a different excuse. They then said they would resubmit the order and correct the problem but never did. Waste of 3 weeks and hours on the phone and at the bank trying to get my money released back to me. Stick with QVC....never had a problem with them...ever.

I ordered some tools from them 10 yeasr ago, everything was as it was advertised.

Back then, i do not rec all all of the false hype and drama that spews out from the hosts today.

I watch a few minutes for entertainment.

I was watching a presentation this morning of a grossly overpriced metal box that hangs on the wall and burns expensive gell. The host stated "I have one of these in my home and love it." Later, the same host stated, "I need to order one of these before they get gone."

They suck gullible people in by claiming "limited quantities", "almost sold out", blah, blah, blah.

I may have discovered a sales person lower than a car saleman?

Crapy Crapy Crapy Business

On Aug. 20,2010 I called in to purchase a laptop computer. I was told it would arrive on Sept. 1 well it did not come. I called and they said my order was never placed and that computer is sold-out now. I was told that they could give me a $50 credit on my account for 30 days only (woopy do!) and for me to watch HSN and try it again when I seen it advertised next time. They said they would call me in the next couple of weeks if they seen the computer arrive again but that was the best they could do for me. Do they really think I would try again? I might be some dumb but I am not plum dumb! Crapy Service Do Not Buy From HSN Please

I adore acer...got one from walmart...purchased the plan and the hard drive went out..to be fair..it was a small, and I took it everywhere including reading forums in the bathtub, when I did dishes, laundry..outside etc etc ..it lasted 3 years...acer was amazing and unfortunately they did not make the Acer one notebook anymore, so I had to get money back instead of replaced and then at that point walmart did not have acer products left.

But I would buy another acer in a heartbeat
