WHAT A LIGHT?!
Good idea, but not engineered to function. Disappointed with HSN and quality control. really 100 words- insane product and even more insane site for reporting. bogus is bogus. you figure out how to make this lite work. It only works for short amounts of time and not when plugged into power source. Why should I be forced to find 100 words of negativity to write about this sucker product. Sorry to whoever reads this. But really....this is more unreal than the foul LED lite. Forgive me but there is only so much to say. This is all bad and I only do 4vr good. I am enough.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES
I purchased a Garmin GPS device on HSN. I gave them my VISA credit card number and they took that info to open up a HSN MasterCard in my name with the cost of the device. My Fraud Alert company noticed this and contacted me. After and hour of working it out, I was able to pay the cost and cancel the credit card without hurting my credit score. I had to go to the "Fraud Dept" of Community Bank which is was opened with and they were furious that HSN does this. I will contact my state's atty general and report this practice.

Home Shopping Network - No No Hair Removal Hair Remover Review from Newark, New Jersey
I am very sorry that i purchased this. It caused whiskers to grow all over my cin where i had absolutely no hair. Now i am on my second no no and i will be stuck using it forever. Every other day i have to use this thing now. Purchasing this was the biggest mistake of my life and i can kick myself in the *** everyday for buying into this product. Caveat emptor. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stand mixer just stopped working-gently used
Have mix approx. 5 years. Only used when having many guests. I wet to mash potatoes in it and it would not go on. Tried other outlets, nothing. Tried to have repaired but nobody repairs small appliances anymore. They say most are disposable products now. Paid a nice amount for the mixer. Maybe should have gotten a Kitchen Aide as both my daughters did at the same time. Theirs still work. Bought this on HSN as all my other WP products. Just find me a repair shop or tell me where I can send it to the mfg. Says made in China, I can't afford the postage there.

Im so unhappy i by portable air conditioner there was February 2016 i pay $700 or More den $700 Avery way tu my Rome is wet weather coming from the air conditioner and i pay Insurance anyway I call them.4 time they don't want to give me my money back they don't want to give me a new one they don't want to fix the portable I need help maybe I'm going to call tv5 and tv6 maybe they can help I'm single mom I don't have money I never missed payment im regular customers HSN more than six years

Home Shopping Network Shipping Service Review
I ordered an item, never received it, I called in and all they said was they would refund my money! What happened to my item? They took no responsibility and tried to blame UPS. Then they said they did not have enough people to keep up with all the items! Poor customer service.

I ordered some beats headphones from HSN and ups clams that it was left at my door step. I get home from work and it's not there I call HSN to report this and they do nothing! But keep taking money from my paypal account. Go screw yourselves HSN!!! Worst and dumbest customer service ever!!!!!

I called customer service to inquire about an order that wasn't shipped yet after 7 days, estimated delivery date said ships within 3-7 days. The order was still in the warehouse so I asked them to cancel for me. Of course they refused but the arrogance and sarcasm of both the service rep. and manager was unbelievable. They told me when item ever gets delivered that I should return it and be responsible for the return shipping!!!! I asked both of them for their names and they both told me that's none of my business! Very bad customer service. HSN should really train their reps. on manners. NEVER AGAIN HSN!

They sell cheap merchandise. Bought a slinky pant suit which looked nothing like the models on tv.
It was wrinkled and made of cheap material. Shame on hsn.
