Poor customer service

I got a letter saying I return to much stuff

I was informed I return to many items that I order and that often they cant be sold. I had returned two pairs of shoes they were to short and never worn outside. I had ordered the wolf gang puck pressure oven that I thought was going to explode. If you sell terrible things your going to get them back but this attitude is not what they have always said and to me the letter were very rude. I don't order near as much as I use to because we don't have cable but I have ordered thousand of dollars of stuff from HSN. At this moment I have two laptops and a desk top that came from them along with many sets of stainless steal cookware and lots of clothes. Lots of jewelry. I think there quality of product has gone down.

Computer Review

HSN continues to mislead customers about their electronics, Aaron Berger is the biggest offender. He claims that the tablets and computers that he hawks can do things they are absolutely not able to do! I called HSN and spoke to a supervisor on 2 seperate occasions to no avail.

Home Shopping Network - Hp Tablet Review from Akron, Ohio

I am on a fixed income, so when I called HSN to puschase a HP tablet for my grandson I direcly told them that all billing after the first payment will have to be after the 15th of the month or I could not purchase the item. I was assured 3 times payment would be on the 18th of the month. Well I now have an overdraft, the customer service rep said all I could do was send it back. THANK YOU H S C for making my gift buying a very bad experiance and the stress dose not help my fading health.

IF, as you say you are on a fixed income, why would you spend that much on a gift for anybody. I am 74 and live off $700.00 a month and I limit myself to spending no more than $20.00 for a gift for anybody.

This year I spend $12.00 on each of my four adult grandkids and I know they will like and appreciate their gifts. Your grandson must be extremly spoiled if you think you have to spend that much on him.

Talk about fading health I have stage three cancer and decided not to do treatment because some of the other medications will make complications of chemo more severe and the chemo would make it harder for me to control my diabetes.

You can buy the same products from HSN cheaper elsewhere. HSN is just a middle-man.

I was blocked from HSN, too, after I reported their unauthorized charges on my credit card. An investigation even took place and they decided in my favor.

HSN was just butthurt because they were caught making fraudulent charges with the wrong person. They blocked me in retaliation, but I save a lot of money by buying from more reputable companies instead.

PROBLEM GETTING PROMO/SERVICE DAYS - CUST. SERVICE NO HELP!

Purchased LG305(My LG840 service running out)because LG840 no longer offered at HSN. What an ordeal, going on since it arrived (ordered 7/19/2013). Why do they NOT change recording? THERE IS NO hsncare@***.com to contact and they know it!!! Finally was able to leave messages @ THE WIRELESS CENTER 1-88*-*******, but am NOT getting any response or my promo minutes and services days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hopefully, when I am contacted I will update you on my status. Need my minutes put on so I can TAKE MY TRIP, have already rescheduled once and it is pending because of this debacle!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP, have not had problems with tracfone before.

HSN would not change my Electric Guitar to Acoustic Guitar as soon as I placed order.

I ordered the Keith Urban Guitar I clicked on the Electric , so I found out my Grandson wanted the acoustic one instead. I called them 30 minutes after I placed the order and told the lady she said I can't do anything . Let it come and then send it back and exchange it for the one we wanted. She was so rude. It came so I called them back and was told they had no more that I wanted then she said she would return my money and would deduct my shipping charges again. Also I had to pay more money because it was not on special. I kept the *** Guitar and learned a lesson don't place a order with them again.

Think you got it bad? I ordered one last week on the original website, playerbykeithurban.com.

Got a computer generated phone call yesterday saying more info was needed on my order just before the call cut off. So, I call the number via caller id and end up talking to customer service @ HSN! Yep, more info is needed, before the order would be placed. Except the CS rep couldn't find out what additional information was needed!

While she's still on the phone with me searching desperately for WTH is going on, the call goes dead. I call back. Of course another rep answers. This one couldn't even find what the first one did.

So, I'm told to call the number for playerbykeithurban.com. I did. Only to be told customer service matters are handled by none other than HSN @ the number I had already called twice! Brainstorm...Order another one.

I did. So far, no order or email with an order number has shown up anywhere! HSN says it can take up to 48 hrs for the order to get to them.

Never in my life have I gone through such bs to order anything. An email, an order, or something to that effect best show up tomorrow or I will have some very harsh words to spell out to Keith Urban, his guitar, HSN, and to speak when I call a phone number that goes directly to consumer affairs.

Review about Undelivered Dyson Vacuum

I ordered a dyson vacume on 5/17/14 have not received it yet today is 7/25/14 paid one of my 5 payments of 134.99 disputed the charge with the credit card company hsn contested the charge back credit company put it back on my account. I canceled my credit card screw hsn they aren't going to get anymore money from me they are a horrible company. I will never use them again...

Ordered tablet then netspend card declined

I ordered a laptop with tablet with flex pay. Everything was fine until I pushed the submit button. Then, my card was mysteriously declined but $160.00 was deducted out of my account. I called the main number and the lady was rude and refused to answer my questions. On the other hand, the sales department staff were helpful, answered my questions, and saw the money was pending from my account which the rude woman lied and denied. The sales staff ensured me that the money would go back to my account. The sales person said the same thing as net spend. The staff at the main number needs more customer service training, business training, and communication skills-building. Home Shopping Network needs to post that Net spend customers are not allowed to shop at HSN. It would save valuable time, and we can spend our monies elsewhere.I shop at other competitors and feel very welcome with my net spend card.

Pissed with the level of cusomer service with HSN

Worst experience ever! I ordered an inkjet HP Printer. The order was delayed twice because the UPS driver was unsure where to deliver it. There was only a partial address on the label. When the driver came out the 3rd time there still was a wrong address. I just happen to see him and ran outside, he asked me for a picture id and left. After finally getting it, once I opened it, was defective! The paper was not catching to print out any documents. Once I called, I spoke with a nice rep and explained my many concerns to the rep, she shows much empathy and immediately began to process an exchange, I was pleased and hung up but then after hanging up I realized it would be days again before I would get a printer. So I called back and spoke with a different rep and asked for expedited shipping, immediately the answer was no, but I could get express shipping if I cancelled my original exchange but even then there would be an additional charge to my flex pay payments. Are you serious? I got to pay extra for a printer I should have been had. This order was placed June 22 2014 and it is now July 8 2014. I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was transferred and explained my issue and she just sat there, she did not apologize or anything, I later said forget it and I hung up. I then get an email stating the ordered was cancelled! Yep! Cancelled. At that point I was out of my money and no printer and the one I had was defective after waiting on it to finally be delivered! Compete headache. So I called a third time to explain I did not ask the supervisor to cancel the order, she really did that because I was upset and was doing the ultimate "pay back" thing. This is very, very unprofessional. I spoke with a rep named Carol and she re-issued the printer as and exchange and stated I would get it within 3-7 days. Still no options or feedback on how they would make it right or issue some type of courtesy for the hassle, just got my money and that was it. I asked for OVERNIGHT because I print a lot with work and being a college student and I explained that. I spend on an average of 45-50 dollars a day between the two, this is why I wanted the printer so badly. I have bought 5-6 printers already waiting on HSN shipping and customer service depts. to get it together. I hate I ever did business with such an awful company. I actually hoping this situation would have gotten better because I ordered from them in the past and wanted to other some other items but guess that is a thing of the past now! hello, I brought this new phone because my old one needed to be replaced, but I wanted to keep my old phone number so I wouldn't have to be trying to give everyone my number again. but in doing so i lost all of my promo minutes. i am disabled and have safe link so i need all the help i can get. is there anyway i can get my minutes back. thank you I BOUGHT MY PHONE FROM HSN, ORDER NUMBER IS 112326****. Hsn blocked account with no warning, blocked address

Don't believe them when they say you can return an item within 30 days!!!!!!!!!!! To say that I have ordered thousands and thousands of dollars worth of merchandise from HSN is an accurate statment! I have never purchased any item over $79.00, ex a ring $79,00 and didn't like it but returned it within!!!! a week. Yes I have returned jewelry for size purposes. Mind you I am not kidding I have purchased maybe $10000.00 worth of merchandise. My whole home is HSN stuff that I LOVE. I USED TO TELL EVERYONE ABOUT HSN!!!!!!!!!!! BUT THEY SUDDENLY blocked my account WITH NO WARNING, NO LETTER OF WARNING, and all my accounts were completely paid because I used a credit card. I have written about 5 long letters. I have called and spoken with a few supervisors. I sent certified mail two times to the corporate office. I have called the corporate office. They say I returned too many items and that is why they closed my account. The one supervisor said to me I am lookng at your account and you do not return too many items. I agreed! I normally bought 2 or 3 of an item and kept at least 2, sometimes returned one for size with all its tags attached and in the original packaging with all the inserts. OVER 75 PERCENT of time I returned items unopened!!!! in saleable condition. THEY CANCELED MY ACCOUNT THEY BLOCKED MY ADDRESS. MY TWO GROWN DAUGHTERS WHO LIVE WITH ME HAVE THEIR ACCOUNTS CLOSED BECAUSE WE SHARE THE SAME ADDRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have not been able to purchase any of their items that they love for make up, acne products, jewelry and they are none to happy. So now 3 unhappy customers are telling everyone NOT TO ORDER FROM HSN for how they treat their customers instead of having 3 happy customers. I used to use ebates.com to place my order and save an additional 3 -4 %. I sometimes wonder if I got kicked out because of that, because I was a faithful customer for years!~!!!!! 3 of my computers are from them, etc! My whole house is HSN SOME OF MY MOST FAVORITE THINGS THAT I OWN CAME FROM HSN. I TOLD EVERYONE I WAS A WALKING BILLBOARD FOR THEM, UNTIL THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT TO MY SHOCK AND AMAZEMENT WITH NO WARNING AND BLOCKED MY ENTIRE ADDRESS AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS ACCOUNTS. NOW I CANT TELL ENOUGH PEOPLE DON'T BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY YOU CAN RETURN SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!! AND KNOW THEY WILL LIE AND SAY YOUR ACCOUNT WAS CANCELED FOR RETURNING WHEN YOU KNOW YOU DIDN'T DO WHAT THEY CLAIMED AND HAD THEIR SUPERVISOR TO TELL ME ALSO.
