Damaged table

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with a recent purchase on your online store. I ordered a beautiful table from you website. It arrived on Friday July 31, 2015. As my significant other was taking the table out of the packing box the table its self has a huge chuck taken out of the corner, this ruins the whole table. I would hope that this is simply a one-time thing, as I do not want to believe that this company has faulty furniture. All that I am asking in this case is to receive my money back, as I do not believe that this product was delivered to me as promised. I have never been so dissatisfied with an online purchase till now. I do hope we can resolve this issue. I look forward to a swift resolution to this matter.

Non delivery of item twice- no Im out of luck

I order 2 products over a month ago in same order. 1 came and 1 never did. They followed up with replacement order that again never came. Each time UPS tracking says it was delivered but I never got. 20 other orders have had no problems, but this one twice has problem. HSN says too bad, not their policy to believe me only concession is to give me chance to reorder at same price. SWIPE Watch "However, if you wish to re-order this item, I have notated in your account you should receive the original price you paid. I truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you." I can't believe it took that long for the coating to come off!!! It's all the copper the ring has in it & contact with the the oils & seat from your skin causes and reaction ....going green

Shipping is way Too LONG

Ordered a Tracfone with free shipping. Previous to that I had ordered diamond earrings. HSN is using SurePost/UPS which is a total joke. It will take my order almost 2 weeks to get from FL to LI? That's absured! diamond earrings 10 days - and once you place your order just try and cancel it - you are not offered that option. Man, things must be really tough at HSN. My buying days there are over - 2 weeks is just too long - just because they are trying to save more money by using Surepost - Well, they just lost this customer!

HSN and the Proform exercise bike.

Purchased the Proform exercise bike on HSN after watching the presentation. When I got it home and set it up, the manual states that the progress meter was only in kilometers not miles. I called Proform and they said this particular model's meter cannot be converted to miles. What? HSN hosts never said a word about this. I bet they probably did not know this either. The host also stated that the bike has wheels to move around easily for storage. Not the case. I have contacted HSN and they are looking into the matter. I am in the process of sending it back, but I have to return to the manufacturer, not to HSN. HSN has a distribution facility 200 miles from my home in Tennessee, but I am not allowed to send it there, even though there is a label online to print out to send there. I have to return it to the Proform plant in California. Makes no sense. I am not happy that HSN are selling these machines and do not even know what they are selling. Just think of the people that are using these and think they are doing so many miles on the bike, but actually it is kilometers. HSN has become very bad about misrepresenting their products. This is not the first time I had problems with them and their misrepresentation of their products.

I ORDERED A MONOGRAM NECKLACE THROUGH HSN FROM MOON LOLA AND COMPANY IT WAS A 240 DOLLAR NECKLACE WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS WAFFER THIN, THIN FLIMSY CHAIN LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING FROM A DOLLAR STORE AND IT WAS ONLY GOLD FILLED AND THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN THEY WONT TAKE BACK THESE PRODUCTS BACK IF THEY ARE NOT UP TO CUSTOMERS EXPECTATIONS, THIS IS CLEARLY A RIPOFF AND I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER THING FROM HSN AND MOON AND LOLA AND COMPANY SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THEM IF THEY ARE NOT AS CROOKED AS HSN. HSN RIP OFF!!!

I am a new customer of HSN and I bought from them couple of items which I liked on their website. However, for some reason I returned some items which did not meet my expectations e.g. the jeans (NYDJ) did not fit (too loose). the necklace was too big in actual as compared to the picture on the website, another necklace broke right away as soon as I tried to put it on, and the bracelets were too big on my wrist. Unlike other online shopping sites (e.g. Amazon.com and 6pm.com, I have no problem with returns because they credit the full amount that you were charged. With HSN, there is a big discrepancy with the refund amount. For example, the NYDJ jeans, I paid a total of $59.95 which was free shipping and no tax. The refund they credited back was only $53.00. What happened to the $6.95? They can't say that it's the shipping cost because it said FREE SHIPPING when I bought it. They should have credited the full amount of $59.95. This is just one of the six returns. All is lacking and the total discrepancy for the 6 returns is about $20.00. This never happened to other online sites I shopped. When I emailed HSN about my complaints, they NEVER replied. I need an EXPLANATION why my refund is lacking, how they compute refunds, what freakin charges they are imposing to any returns, They are a big RIP OFF. I WILL NEVER SHOP FROM THEM AGAIN. PLEASE PASS ON THIS MESSAGE. HSN RIP OFF!!! DONT SHOP FROM THEM!!!

False advertising: The 21 Days Fix, online and infomercials

Following the infomercials on the Home Shopping Network, I ordered "The 21 days Fix." ($62) The main reason why I ordered this product was because it was featured to come with color coded portion boxes, the core of the diet, which was novel and useful. All I received was a diet book and 5 DVDs for workouts, but no portion boxes, which apparently I have to buy myself, wasting more time and money. All the ads of this product should come with clear disclaimers that the order comes without the boxes featured ad nausea in the informercial, as the main gimmick of the product.
