Don't shop HSN

Bought e bike was told 3 to 5 days then on the Friday came it's going to be the 5 th then the 4 tha now who has any idea. This is my first and last hsn experience. No one had the same answer. No one can say when the item will be here I'm calling my bank and dispute the charge item never received and know one knows when they will. I WILL NEVER SHOP ON THIS NETWORK AGAIN.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! LOST MY MONEY

Ordered a dash cam from HSN thinking it was a great price. While waiting for it a friend told me it wasn't a great price so I decided not to keep it. I opened the outside box that held the return label without even opening the dash cam box inside and sealed it up and took it to my UPS store to return. That was ONLY 4 days after receiving it! I never received a credit so called HSN the rep said it WAS received and sent back to the factory, will receive credit in 7-10 days. Didn't so called again...was told the exact same thing by the 2nd rep. He said if I didn't receive the credit by August 9th to call. Called on the 10th and was told by 3rd rep NO was never received anything, what is the tracking #? I didn't have one so she wouldn't help me! Called AGAIN and the 4th rep said they did NOT receive it and gave me the tracking number! The local UPS store won't help, UPS won't help and HSN who I've spent hundreds of dollars with this summer won't help! Don't even use them ever! They do not stand by their customers! They used to many years ago...not now! Have had many issues this summer with this company besides this one. Won't use them again.

Wendy Williams.. No More!

The Wendy Williams, fashion line has been a feature on HSN, of recent years. She's enjoyed self advertisement on her shows, while throughout this time informing viewers of her personal appearances, often during winter seasons, despite the risk of flying to Florida's warmer climate, from her northeast wintry roots. This Friday evening, on the cusp of Hurricane Irma, I turn to HSN, only to see Wendy's fashions.. but no Wendy! (It makes perfect sense!) However, if Wendy cannot appear with her HSN team, as they sell her wares, at the risk of their own looming safety, perhaps HSN management should reconsider, if Wendy, is truly, a team player!

HSN deletes negative reviews

I bought a Michael Todd sonic makeup brush that quit after 2 uses. This was an $80.00 brush mind you. Since I have had it longer than 30 days I am screwed. I wrote a review on HSN stating this and noticed there were several similar reviews. The brush is back on at half price hmmmm. I looked at the reviews again and surprise ALL the negative reviews were gone. What a scam! Will never trust HSN again.

Nag order ako sa kanila pra s gamit sa cr.wlang problema s payment.pero pagdating sa amin ndi maganda ang kinuha nmin sa kanila.we decided to return.sabi nid dw kami magpabalik ng order at mgbbyd ng 300 d ako pumayag.so nag ka agrehan kmi ni agent n sila n ang kukuha.at na disappoint ako ksi mag aantay p ako ng 7 to 10 days.ang tagal.tapos may isa pang agent na bastos wlang modo!kala ko ba well train sila bkit ganun sila makipag deal s cstumer.kaya sobra akong na sad.kapg dp ito naaksyon ng maaga.may paraan n ako.tnx

HSN customer service reps are liars!

I ordered a pusre back in November 2016. It never came I called to inform HSN and they offered me same purse different color i declined. I was told I wouldn't be charged. Several months later i receive a invoice stating attempts were made to debit my account for the purse. I spoke to a rep and asked why are you trying to charge me when I reported that i never got this item. I was told that an investigation was done and USPS stated they delivered the packaged and therefor I am paying for a pusre I never recieved. Many phone calls have been made to customer services they don't care about being loyal to the consumer. They debit your account without authorization put you in overdraft. No one cares. Its ok to rip me off. Thats fair! this is how you handle business.

2 month and received a broken cracked TV

I ordered a TV on May 18th 2017 and it was shipped May 19th 2017. Didn't receive the TV until middle of June and it was all broken up. Mind you I am still being billed monthly and I called several times to cancel the order before they delivered it. CEVA is the fright service used and to this day they still have not come to pick up the broken TV they delivered. It was a father days present that arrived after fathers day and I order a month early. CEVA called me Monday, June 26 to pick up TV and today is Wednesday, June 28th and still no pick up or call.

No more HSN

I just bought my first item on HSN a couple of weeks ago. Today I just received my bill on Flex Pay. I called to ask questions about the Flex Pay and asked if I could make the whole payment at once. She said no. She was very impatient with my questions and NASTY!!! I said QVC doesn't do this. They allow me to change my payment. She said very haughtily (Get ready for it!) Well, we're not QVC. I ended the call by saying: And that's why I will never buy anything from HSN again. Then I started reading online complaints on Consumer Affairs website. I'm glad I've seen the light.

I have no idea why you are asking me to provide this additional information, considering not one is applicable. I purchased it DIRECTLY from HSN, not a Facebook or Youtube account.

I purchased this in November, 2016, and selected the white. Recently, after using it earlier in the day, I noticed that the wording, OPEN, was smeared, as if applied with a black marker. I was horrified. I used my finger to make sure there wasn't something that could have gotten on it that I could rub off, but that was not the case. I rarely use it, maybe once or twice per month, and I have it on my counter because there is no room to store it out of sight. (Tiny kitchen issues) When I spoke with Wolfgang's customer service, I was informed that if you wipe down your cooker while it is still hot, the wording will rub off because it is "not stamped" on the appliance. What?! I have never had an appliance where the wording rubs off. A label may peel off after several years, but I've never seen wording that actually smeared. Understandably, if one uses a scrubber or abrasive cleaner on an appliance, one may expect the wording to be scratched. The issue I'm experiencing with my new cooker, however, is totally different. The wording is in an area that I have never found the need to even wipe. So, now I question the overall quality of this appliance even though it works well... for now. What will happen next? I'm worried, and I shouldn't be. It is not a knock-off and I didn't purchase this at a dollar store or flea market. I expected better quality from HSN, as well as Wolfgang. (HSN believes it's a fluke and offered to replace it, but I canceled that because I would be out hefty shipping costs to return the defective one which I cannot afford. So I will just find some chemical to erase the wording.) Oh, and I sent an email to Wolfgang's manager and NO response.

My religion was made fun of i was offended

On the early morning show 4/09/17 the blond selling the egg cooker said this is the only thing that work's for hard boiled egg's vinegar, ice water and salt do not work it's all voodoo witchcraft it just doesn't work it's not real. I am wiccan and witchcraft is real. she shouldn't make comment's about something she knows nothing about. I will never buy anything from the home shopping network if their employees are so biased and don't know the truth. how can anyone believe what they are saying about the products the are trying to sell get educated blondie. there are lot's of witches out here.
