I returned a product to HS in with the label they provided me . That was a month ago and they still have received nothing, so they tell me.

They tell me to work it out with UPS? Why can't they do that ? Then they started asking for a copy of the return label? Course I don't have that it went back with the return .

They just took the atitude it wasn't their problem.

So I've lost my money and they really do not care . Very poor service.

Basically the same thing happened to me on a faulty tablet that I purchase from them use their label return the item about two weeks later I received $105 for some additional items that was in the same box with the tablet they gave me the tracking number claimed they didn't receive the tablet it was all in the same box and that they can't refund me my 780 semi dollars because I don't know what happened to the tablet ask me for paperwork that I don't have it went with the tablet when I returned it highly pissed
