I ordered some beats headphones from HSN and ups clams that it was left at my door step. I get home from work and it's not there I call HSN to report this and they do nothing! But keep taking money from my paypal account. Go screw yourselves HSN!!! Worst and dumbest customer service ever!!!!!

I called customer service to inquire about an order that wasn't shipped yet after 7 days, estimated delivery date said ships within 3-7 days. The order was still in the warehouse so I asked them to cancel for me. Of course they refused but the arrogance and sarcasm of both the service rep. and manager was unbelievable. Ordered ferris grab and go bags very dissappointed. Looks nothing like shown on tv. I order alot of stuff never had a problem. Sad.

I purchased an hp protection plan for 3 years on hp pavillon on January 4th and to get a refund because No One helps u. They are the worst ... i spent 4 hours back and forth and no one can help me.. i want my money back and will never purchased anything from hsn. They lied about everything

I called customer service to update my credit card information. I told the guy I was online that I was just online trying to to order a retina a kit.H said don't worry I'll put it through for you. I noticed that on line the first monthly payment would be 27 dollars . The man charged me seven dollars more and I said nothing thinking I was wrong. I returned a product to HS in with the label they provided me . That was a month ago and they still have received nothing, so they tell me. They tell me to work it out with UPS? Why can't they do that ? Then they started asking for a copy of the return label? Course I don't have that it went back with the return . They just took the atitude it wasn't their problem. Order Philips Airfryer from HSN, they were the only one's who offered it in red. Never received it, it was out of stock, so they could not resend. They credited my account, but were extremely rude about it, only to send me a letter several months later stating that they decided that I had received it, and charged my account anyway. I have been dealing with your customer service for over 12 hours to resolve 2 accounts that needed to be merged and then change of name. Only to find out payment name was not changed and payment would not authorize because of the mismatch. After SIX customer service attempts via CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE, I had all accounts deleted so I could start a new fresh account. HSN is so bad. They sent me a letter saying if I return anything else, I won't be able to order from them anymore. I can't help that their clothing sizes are so. Needless to say, I won't be ordering anything at all.from them.
