I called customer service to update my credit card information. I told the guy I was online that I was just online trying to to order a retina a kit.H said don't worry I'll put it through for you. I noticed that on line the first monthly payment would be 27 dollars . The man charged me seven dollars more and I said nothing thinking I was wrong. They say that there return policy is the great just return and no problem wrong!!!!!! they lie if you return to many things they shout you down from ordering anymore from them they falsely advertise there return policy so people beware and they are so rude on the phone to you even if you have spent hundreds of dollars on this shopping channel it does not matter so HSN you are liars of this return policy.I have read the policy and does not state how many you can return if you dont like return it return it that is what is states. I returned a product to HS in with the label they provided me . That was a month ago and they still have received nothing, so they tell me. They tell me to work it out with UPS? Why can't they do that ? Then they started asking for a copy of the return label? Course I don't have that it went back with the return . They just took the atitude it wasn't their problem. So I've lost my money and they really do not care . Very poor service. Read more

Order Philips Airfryer from HSN, they were the only one's who offered it in red. Never received it, it was out of stock, so they could not resend. They credited my account, but were extremely rude about it, only to send me a letter several months later stating that they decided that I had received it, and charged my account anyway. Unbelievable. What despicable customer service. There was no signature, absolutely no proof it was delivered to the correct address. I have been dealing with your customer service for over 12 hours to resolve 2 accounts that needed to be merged and then change of name. Only to find out payment name was not changed and payment would not authorize because of the mismatch. After SIX customer service attempts via CHAT, EMAIL, PHONE, I had all accounts deleted so I could start a new fresh account. HSN is so bad. They sent me a letter saying if I return anything else, I won't be able to order from them anymore. I can't help that their clothing sizes are so. Needless to say, I won't be ordering anything at all.from them. Add comment

Don't use them. They don't have a good ordering system in place. Their verification is a scam. They make too many errors. Add comment

These guys have horrible customer service! I ordered a flat screen tv, they took the funds out of my bank account, and still haven't refunded them. It's been 6 days, and counting. Add comment

HP15.6 quad core's processor came out 2013 at only 1.3gHz is not fast as advertised and keeps hanging. Graphics resolution doesn't compare to other laptops in the smae price range, without software. The software is mostly 30 day trial or pay for subscrition. Even the Mcafee antivirus is sending prompts only 8 more days then you must buy. In my opinion buy a better laptop, check processor family and clock speed by checking "benchmark test", also check display resolution then simply buy Microsoft Office either a $65 home edition or professional...
